Antonio looked after us with our daughterâs lactose intolerance needs. Arriving in Cusco, and staying at the hotel, we wanted a good lunch and decided to eat in the hotel. His English is excellent as is his and the rest of the teamâs attentiveness and level of service both at breakfast and lunch. See you again when we come back through after the Inca Trail! The burgers are good And the presentation is good, but Iâve been to many burger places and I wouldnât give this a 4/5 or a 5/5. The fries werenât tasty at all unfortunately. We also got a warm passion fruit juice which we didnât finish, too bad it wasnât served cold.

We were brought to this bar/restaurant by a friend who is a long time Cusco resident. The food here was excellent and all priced very reasonably. Highly recommend the Anticucho Criollas, wonderfully seasoned beef hearts that donât taste minerally or gamey at all. The Brusquetas is also an excellent platter to share with 3 or 4 âtapasâ type sliders. The slider with beef and the quail egg on top is wonderful if the thought of a runny egg doesnât make you squeamish. You can do a tasting of different types of pisco sours but the clasico itself is pretty good. They also had a live local band so you can have live music with your meal. And you know youâre in a good local dive when youâre sitting around with locals and the only tourists are in your table.Thank you for your opinion, this is very important for us. We are glad to know that you enjoyed the experience at República del Pisco. Please come back soon and don´t forget recommend us.

Found this nice little place by the reviews from TripAdvisor. Have been searching for a proper avocado dish during our stay in Peru and here we got it. We ordered the chicken avocado sandwich for 20 soles and it was so good. Can highly recommend this place.

Ate here the other night after trying their sister restaurant Yaku. The food is absolutely delicious, all made from fresh ingredients from the sacred valley. I had the goats cheese salad, sweet potato ravioli and the passionfruit mousse. It all tasted amazing and was beautifully presented. Our waiter Fabian was extremely friendly, polite and attentive. Overall a great experience Thank you very much for your visit we are glad to know that we have provided a memorable experience, both in Yaku and Organika.

The people here are so kind and funny, the drinks are GREAT prices and strong, the atmosphere is great. I will miss this place so much! Truly cannot recommend a better bar in cusco. Also great food with vegetarian options and the board games are superb.

Saw the great reviews on TripAdvisor and decided to give it a shot. And boy am I glad I did. I started off with the traditional corn soup which was absolutely delicious which used a few different local corns from the area. From there I got the Alpaca Burger which I was unsure what to expect. But delicious is an understatement. If your planning on trying local cuisines then I highly recommend this spot. Everything is fresh, local and the waitstaff is incredible. The prices are amazing for what they offer and Iâll definitely be heading back to try the other items on their menu. Thank you very much for your comment. We are flattered to know that cream and Alpaca have been his favorite dishes. The entire Yaku team works hard to provide a unique experience.
