Went for a sound healing sessions at Carolina's. It was very personal and beautiful , it was a unique experience , something different. I am a singer myself , consider myself well ear trained and have all the grades etc but what happened to me in that session changed my perspective towards music. It amazed me how by singing , drumming can heal a person , can emit those frequencies and vibrations and can change the mood completely. Carolina's singing isn't celine dion style but definitely gave me goosebumps and sent me to wonderful places. Now in my music I started to explore more , to feel more the music , to vibrate , shake with the music , to let my emotions out and listen more within and the higher energies. I definitely recommend if you're looking for a different type of healing , a healing with an experience.

In Guardia Parades are re-enactments of an authentic historical event that took place in the late 16th century. In it there will be demonstrated the regular inspection of the Palace garrison by the Grand Bailiff of the Order of the Knights of St. John in charge of military affairs. During the re-enactment the garrison will carry out military exercises to prove that it is in a high state of alertness.
I saw the In Guardia Parade at Fort St Elmo advertised on the Visit Malta website. It happens a couple of times each month - on the first Sunday of our holiday. It was not a free event as I had thought, so we had to pay €7 each to get in. We did not visit the Fort at this time. The re-enactment was well worth the money and lasted 45 mins. We enjoyed the colourful costumes, the drums and cornets, the marching, musket firing, and sword fighting. There was a commentary explaining events and some dialogue from the participants. These are not actors, but local volunteers and their enthusiasm is evident.
