Bicycle hire for all the family. The best way to cycle tour St Mary's. We supply Bicycles, trailers, tag a longs, tandems, maps and information for everyone.
We were on a day trip to St Mary.s on the Isles of Scilly. We had 4 hours ashore. We walked into Hugh Town were going to go for a walk but saw St Mary,s Bike Hire shop and decided to pop in. 5 minutes later we left with 2 electric bikes on hire for 4 hours for £14 each. Great efficient service no fuss and great enthusiasm. We have wanted to try an electric bike for ages and I can not recommend them enough. It was a warm day but in the next four hours we comfortably had time to tour the whole of the island including a stop for lunch Juliet’s garden , a visit to the Vineyard , a coffee stop in the old Town, a visit to at least 3 of the beaches and a complete circuit of the Island including cycling up to admire the views from the Star Castle Hotel and the Fort. No sweat just enjoyment. Not bad for somebody who has not been on a bike for 10 years and if the wrong side of 50. Did not have to get off once however steep the hill. Go electric you will love it and the service and quality of the bikes on offer at St Mary,s Bike Hire was top class. PS when we returned all the electric bike had gone I think we were lucky I would book.

You need your driving licence details to do this. We had to use DVLA website to get our info but solved in the end. The buggy is great for seeing lots of the island to discover bits if you are not a long walker. As it was March we saw lots of fields of daffodils and flowers.
