Roughly one-mile scenic walking trail along the seacoast, suitable for wheelchairs. Start: Car park at Miller’s Folly on Cromwell’s Fort. End: Blackburn Car Park.
Lovely flat walk, which for an arthritis sufferer makes life a bit easier. Beautiful scenery along the front of Ayr and we were blessed with a gorgeous sunny autumn day.

My 3 children adored this in 2019. They had excellent tuition and the final day where they showed their acquired skills in a show was a delight. I hope they will run it again when the next two will be old enough to go.

The Ayrshire Coastal Path runs 100 miles along the Ayrshire coast, through the main towns of Ayr, Troon and Largs. The scenery is stunning, with views across to the Isle of Arran and beyond. You will spot a huge variety of wildlife including seals, basking sharks, otters, roe deer, and foxes. The Official Guidebook lists sections of around 7 miles each, allowing manageable walks for most people.
We only did part of this walk as we were looking for the kindness stone path/fairytrail, at the opposite of girvan river but we discovered amazing views and quiet little picnic areas and loads of wildlife. This as made us want return to explore more of the ayrshire coastal path, I have ordered by guide book! (Guide book available on amazon or ayrshire coastal path website)

Went to the beachfront with our grandsons 6 + 3 1/2 and they had a ball. Pirate playground was fantastic. Plenty to keep them amused. Pity there’s not this available at all beach fronts.
You plus four friends could be gliding the water aboard our 5person float towed behind our speedboat. please come along and try for yourselves we'll leave it up to you to review
