We organised to climb Mt Kilimanjaro with Goodluck and his Hantaexpedition team after hearing great things from a friend who had done so the previous year. We chose Hanta as travel company. This was a very good choice - we were amazed by the level of attention and care we were given - five star meals each night, comfy bedding, friendly staff, they always prioritized a tent position away from the crowds and with a stellar view - it was more than enough luxury for us! our three guides - looked after us every step of the way. With fascinating knowledge of the different landscapes we were walking through and a willingness to share their personal stories, I feel that we each made new friends on our hike up. It was a wonderful walk up. We took the Lemosho route - the longest path up and were able to enjoy stunning scenery and a great view of the peak of Mt Kilimanjaro form various angles - definitely a good way to go to ensure you maximize time to acclimatize .We were a family of six members, which was the perfect size. We were also all of a very similar speed. This made for easy days and walking with plenty of time for laughter and cards at the end of the day. Much Thanks to the Hanta expedition team - what an amazing adventure we had!

They also and have a collection of Luxury ‘Green Camps’ and ‘Walking Camps’ in Manyara and the Serengeti. The real USP for Wayo is their access. As they train the park Rangers, they have got special access to walk in areas such as black rhino zones in the Serengeti which is a total privilege and one of life’s great experiences! Walking with the migration is incredible. They also offer canoeing, mountain biking, cultural experiences and a treetop walkway.

Amazing experience! We spent two nights at the camp on the crater rim, and another four on the Serengeti. We were lucky enough to have Prim as our guide, and he was truly outstanding. His knowledge and attitude made us feel welcomed in this stunningly beautiful place. He even hung around to make sure our air travel back to Arusha worked out. The camps were cozy, the food was delicious, and the staff was very attentive and nice. Overall, it was better than we could have imagined. I would highly recommend Wayo if you are planning a Tanzanian safari. You really can't go wrong with these folks.

Claude is deeply rooted in the fabric that truly makes Tanzania, the rich culture and amazing eco system, and he will make sure that you get under the skin of both, not just scratch the surface. You might be able to find cheaper tour operators, but you will find no one better.

I just came back from 5 days Marangu route with Kili Dreamers. It wasn't my first hiking in the mountains, so I can compare. My guide was Elly, who is the owner of the company as well. And I want to say that he is a very high professional with a great team - they all do their best so you reach the summit. They are not just friendly and supportive, from the beginning they take care of you, for your health and safety. Very important thing to mention - there are not many tourists now due to COVID-19 environment but there are still some. On my way to the summit I met 2 people in the camps who have got some problems with their health because of altitude, but none of their guides had medical kit! It was Elly who helped in both cases.

We can highly recommend AAA Express Adventure. My dad and I did a 10 day safari from Nairobi to Arusha and we went to Masai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and many more places. Our guide Emily was fantastic and so knowledgeable. He had 18 years experience and was fun and caring. The trip was awesome and we managed to see the Big 5. Jalala greeted us at our arrival in Arusha where we spend the last day before heading home.

We had absolutely the best time. It was mostly because of our guide Davis. He had answers to everything we asked him, made sure we saw as much as we could and it was a lot. You can see he puts his heart in the job, it’s his passion and that’s why our trip was so special. Tanzanian scenery is absolutely stunning. We enjoyed our stay in the accommodation as well as food! :)... Highly Recommended Tour & Company!!!!

My boyfriend and I were looking for affordable hiking possibilities when we learned about Mt Hanang. I found Thomas‘s number on TripAdvisor and we organized everything via What’s App beforehand. Thomas is very flexible and you can negotiate a fair price with him depending on what you want to do. We decided to do a two day hike with camping on the top. Thomas provided all the camping equipment for us and organized one porter to help us carry it. We started on the first day around noon and Thomas kindly invited us to his home where we had a late breakfast and met his wife Lucey and their three lovely children. The hike was pretty exhausting due to the steepness but definitely worth the effort as views are amazing. The campsite is on the mountain edge and we enjoyed staying there watching the sunset and having an exchange with Thomas. In the next morning we climbed to the summit. Unfortunately the summit was in clouds at that time but we got to enjoy beautiful views from a little bit lower. Once we reached Katesh again Lucey invited us for a delicious lunch and we were making some fun with the kids before Thomas accompanied us to the bus station and made sure we would get the right bus. It was a perfect and authentic experience and I cannot recommend Thomas highly enough. You can contact him via +255 784 503 300.
