A cosy restaurant which serves local dishes. For starters we had the mixed platter of cold cuts and cheese from the region which was excellent. For main course we had venison (deer) stew and also the pork ribs/sausage combo both served with polenta. Absolutely fantastic!! For dessert we had semifreddo which was perfect to round off a great meal/evening! Oh, and the beer was real special too! I had Pint Alpina Sbrega which was excellent!

We read a lot of good things on TripAdvisor about this restaurant and it is completely true! After being welcomed we were seated at a nice table. The decoration and the tablewear was wonderful, they kepf it in a simple, modern and beautiful way.The apperitivo was arranged very beautifully and absolutely delicious!Same with the main course, it was outstanding. For dessert, we had coffee which they made in a special way after asking for it. All in all a wonderful experience! We will go back there again.

Very, very disappointed... I was told not to choose the vegetarian lasagna because it was small and cold, I was then told not to choose the âmemorable dishâ because it was small. Ordered the stew for â¬18 and it came quicker than McDonaldâs!! Then they wanted us to pay â¬6 charge for âusing the tablecloths and glassesâ. It felt like a kitchen nightmares episode, I was genuinely waiting for Gordon to appear the worst thing was the argument from the waitress about removing the service charge âmaybe they donât do this in your countryâ were her words hahahahahaThe poor is you who can not possibly afford dinner in a restaurant, given the only courses you have taken and not even willingness to pay for a consummate service.Fortunately we do not have customers like you !!!!!Maybe you can only afford to go to a McDonald with Gordon

*** Please note: the restaurant is full until January 6th *** Treats that combine regional with Mediterranean flavors are what our chefs are passionate about. At the Genzianella Hotel in Bormio, one of our main priorities, is that our clients enjoy a grea
Look no further if looking for accomodation during a cycling trip to Bormio. The hotel is family run and has a wonderful homely feel. The family members are extremely helpful in providing advice about where to eat and what to do in the Bormio area. Dinner can be booked at the hotel and it is well worth dining at the hotel on at least one night during a stay. Every morning an ample breakfast is served, readying one for a big day on the bike. There is a secure bike lock up area, complete with a set of tools to make adjustments as needed. There are also tyre pumps available. Our group of 12 had a wonderful week at this hotel.

I have read some âbad commentsâ on this Restaurant- that are for sure not deserved. This place is truly exceptional all around for the superb quality of the food, good service, excellent wine section (the owner is a Sommelier (!!) and the ambiance/setting is second to none.I have taken friends to this restaurant for years and never had anything ever go wrong! On a sunny day: outside seating in a wind protected area.At night book UPSTAIRS - a newly restructured area - really beautiful!By the way not only the local cuisine is damn good here, also fish, if you can believe it.

This is a not to be missed high-quality, good-value restaurant set in fascinating Oga. Il triciclo focuses on high-quality, freshly prepared typical dishes prepared with local produce. You can choose between three different set menus depending on how hungry you are. They all include a typical antipasto and dessert, and then you can choose between first course, second course or both. Everything is delicious and staff is knowledgeable about what they do. In fact it's the owners themselves that run the place. I had the full menu - everything was delicious and despite being already full halfway through I couldn't really leave anything in my plate. They have an extensive wine list and serve local beers. The location itself is worth a visit - Oga is a typical mountain village and Il Triciclo is set in a traditional stone building in the village centre. I would recommend to anyone and would definitely go back. Best to book in advance.

We stopped here For lunch on the way to some duty free shopping in Livigno. We all had pizza but there were was a group of German cyclists having a more complex lunch of pasta and meats. The pizza was good and from the way the Germans attacked the their food it must have been as well. The host was very nice, spoke some English, but put up with my bad Italian. There was a pre wedding party for the groom out side on the terrace. The view is very nice. Definitely recommend.

The quality of the food was on par with any 4 star restaurant in New York, London or elsewhere. Fantastic husband/wife team create a wonderful dining experience with great food and excellent local wines. This spot should definitely be on your list of places to eat when in the Bormio area.

Very friendly and quick service, great cosy armosphere, very royal portions of superb quality food. The salted lardo was heavenly good and my lamb was the best prepared and best tasting lamb I ever had. Eccellente ! Grazie mille! Also a motorcycle-friendly hotel, so thatâs bonuspoints !Will definitely recommend and hopefully return next time!

La Pòsa is a gourmet restaurant in the centre of Livigno, within the four-star Hotel Flora. Here you can enjoy lunch and dinner with typical local dishes and Italian specialities, home-made pasta and excellent pizzas. La Pòsa offers authentic cuisine, and
We were shocked when we received our bill and they charge you a fee to have a table at their restaurant. The service is so slow, the food is fine but there are much better restaurants and you don't pay for a table! Go somewhere else.
