Read the reviews and had to come. Worth it. Small place on side of main street and freshly made when you order. Very casual and very nice. Liked it.

This place would take some finding but we were in good company as our hosts were very familiar with the restaurant and the staff - so naturally we were made especially welcome - the food was excellent and the accomanying house wines up to a good standard -the home made desserts were delicious and the staff very considerate - as indicated it was so good and the menu so varied and of such high quality that we visited as total of three times in the week we were stayihng in the area

Really enjoyed this restaurant where we had a lovely table overlooking the vista. Food typically Italian in this warm family restaurant where the owners were very attentive and helpful. Enjoyed the focaccia / the beef / the rabbit. All very good. Would recommend!

It is a departure with the trumpet sounds that of the PESCATORE DI NERVI The interest and expectation also depend on the presence in the kitchen of Claudia, chef of great skill and with thirty years of experience in the best restaurants, not only Genoese
Everything about this place was great. Food, ambience, service were all excellent. Tuna superbly cooked. Risotto perfect. Complimentary limoncello was very welcome. Front of house staff were very knowledgeable showing a pride in the regional dishes. Food was cooked to perfection. Reasonable prices. So good we returned for a 2nd visit.

Have eaten in many Genoa restaurants and this simply is the best. Although a little far from central Genoa, its location overlooking the Med on a large terrace is difficult to beat. This place is best for seafood although some meat options are available. Had the seabass in salt and it was wonderful. Great wine list and smart and end efficient service. We went on a Tuesday evening and the place was full. Booking therefore recommended Excellent. Will return. BTW, the focaccia type bread (it not actually focaccia, but very similar the waiter told me..) was to die for!!

We visited Piero 21 after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor and a recommendation from out host. Our first visit was on a Sunday evening and we had no problem getting a table, it was however, really busy with locals. The food was freshly prepared, home cooked and good value. The menu has lots of variety and the drinks were reasonably priced. The menu is in Italian only but a few of the staff can speak some English so we managed to choose what we wanted, with a little help. The restaurant setting is great and the view from the toilet is amazing! Yes it does get busy and you can't book, but it is well worth a visit and a wait, if you can't get a table straight away. We ate here 3 times during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed what we ate.

The restaurant is at the 2nd floor of a little buiding in the little village of Sessarego. I come years from many years, and it is always recommended. nice landscape over Bogliasco and on the sea. interesting fish appetizers, first dishes as taglierini with lobster the portion for 2 is very plentiful, vert tasty, pansoti, pesto, therefore seafood grill, seabass, mussels, everything very fresh and in large portion. Normal selection of wines, good dessert including sicilian ones. the service is kind. The price is correct.

Not a fancy place (go to the nearby Hotel Pagoda's restaurant for higher class dining). It's definitely a romantic place, if you appreciate simplicity.PROs: location (a spectacular, tiny, unglamorous, really charming, tiny harbor): kind service, food (spectacular Trofie al Pesto, Spectacular Tiramisu', so-so fried fish), value, overall out of time experience.CONs: can't really think of any, once it's clear that this is a basic place.

We had a leisurely Italian lunch on our first visit to this restaurant in this beautiful setting with an amazing view on the Passeggiata Anita Garibaldi in Nervi. The staff were very welcoming and the service was excellent. The seafood is impeccably fresh and delicious. Don't miss the seafood risotto and the fresh anchovies in agrodolce. We enjoyed the experience so much that we returned one evening during our stay. On that visit we had some appetizers and pizza. Everything was delicious. Bagni Medusa is definitely on our list of favorite restaurants in Italy.
