My wife and I have been patrons of Beercade in Benson since it first opened. We were really excited to hear of Beercade 2 opening near downtown because we both work in the area. Beercade 2 follows the same successful model of Beercade-Pinball, Video Games and a Killer lineup of beers. 2 is much larger than the original and offers plenty of games to keep everyone happy. They have pinball tournaments and Killer Queen contests. The interior reminds me of some of the arcades that i visited in the 70s and 80s. There is plenty of room to relax and enjoy a drink, and the interior has some really cool artwork painted on the walls. There is never a cover charge and Happy Hour is seven days a week until 7. There is plenty of parking and the area, Little Bohemia, is being revitalized with new businesses. Beercade is far enough away from the Old Market area so you can avoid the crowds, but close enough if you wanted to get something to eat. The selection of beers is always outstanding and new beers are constantly being rotated onto the taps. The staff is knowledgeable in the beers they pour and can also pour your favorite drink or make you an awesome Bloody Marys. The crew is also very friendly and does a great job serving customers during the busiest of times. The Beercade 2 crowd is very diverse. You owe it to yourself to stop on in and join the fun. The place is kept immaculately clean and all are welcome. A must stop for some good times!!!

Beercade is a bar with 24 classic arcade games, 9 pinball machines, and skee-ball. It features 30 rotating craft beers on tap, and a full bar, located in the historic Benson neighborhood. Beercade evokes nostalgia in a clean and modern environment, where you feel comfortable going alone, or with a group. You can rent the basement for private events, or it is open to the public on Friday and Saturday from 9 pm - 2 am for $3. The basement features 23 arcades and 3 pinball machines, all free to play.
We visited Beercade after dinner for a quick one. It has a great draft and bottle/can selection. Even some rare beers.... the decor and environment made it a perfect hang out with plenty of vintage arcade and pinball games. Cool place!
