This tour was not as advertised as it was really just a taxi ride to Chefchaouen. Arabi is a very nice man but does not really speak english and the tour should not be advertised as being available in english. It was just the two of us but perhaps it might operate as a group tour if more people sign up.

The translater had to translate German, English and French. It appeared that he was translating more German than any other language. The translator translated at the beginning of our journey from Agadir to Marrakesh. Then he slept most of the way of our 4 hour journey. We were a group of about 20 people. He moved too fast through the narrow winding array of shops. My boyfriend and I got lost. It was stated that if we got lost where we should meet at the agreed time. We asked a young man for directions he appeared friendly and agreed to take us to the main square. After taking us through more winding narrow pathways and some succluded he turned nasty and demanded money from us and started threatening us with a knife. He said he would stab us if we didn't give him any money. We were having none of it. An older gentleman on a motorbike challenged him and I guess in native tongue he told the young fool to leave us alone. I hated my experience and would never recommend anyone to go to that seedy, dangerous market. There was also another awful experience I just want to forget. This was my worst ever holiday experience in all of my travels. On our route back from Marrakesh to Agadir the translator and passenger were having a "few words" In essence I think my boyfriend and I were extreamly unfortunate. The booking was easy. The company when booking were extreamly professional. Picked us up on time.

We were lucky enough to spend 4 hours with Med, wandering the souks and alleyways of Marrakech. Med is very personable, all smiles, provides much insight into the city and culture and encourages you to ask many questions. He took us to places which we would never have found on our own including a stop for tea, bread-making, Bahia Palace and the fascinating labyrinth of alleyways. Definitely recommend Med if you want a magical tour with someone who is patient, attentive, knowledgeable and clearly loves what he does.

The next time you come on a private tour of Djemma el Fna, ensure the judicious use of your night by feeling the windy streets of the medina, alongside the historic mosque. The irresistible atmosphere of Djemma el Fna is further highlighted by the maze of stalls, which after the dark, presents a pleasant environment for exploration. With the presence of a personal guide that keeps you safe and on track, you can rest assured of a rewarding night venture, including rich tastes of indigenous and international foods, good music, and great dances that you do not get before sunset.

Exclusions: Transportation to/from attractions, Hotel pickup and drop-off, Alcoholic drinks (available to purchase)
We had a fantastic tour guide who not only showed us the sites but also told the stories of the old Medina. Marrakech is rich in culture and history. This tour is a must-do when you visit.

Wonderful experience! I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with this group. My guide was absolutely fabulous, knowledgeable and very thoughtful. The driver was careful and very attentive to the group I was traveling with. If I could give 10 stars, I would. While on this trip in March of 2020, we got caught in Covid lockdown. Our driver and guide were very quick to act and got us back from the desert to Marrakesh in time for the first day of curfew. For something that could’ve been quite scary and alarming, it was a very positive experience.
