Hollywood beckons to tourists who long for a brush with Tinseltown glamor. Tour movie studios, slip your hands into the famous prints at the TCL Chinese Theatre, or indulge in a celeb sighting at one of LA’s white-hot nightspots. Spot your favorite star while shopping at The Grove, or forget all about the famous eye candy as you take in the iconic artwork at The Getty Center. For a different type of star-gazing, peek through the telescopes at the Griffith Observatory.

We began our visit to this delightful neighbourhood at the grand Mulholland Memorial Fountain after taking Bus 96 from Downtown to Riverside / Los Feliz. The fountain commemorates William Mulholland who designed and oversaw the 233 mile long aqueduct that brought water to a dry city over a century ago. We continued our stroll along the lovely winding roads. We saw Walt Disney's First House in LA and then continued to the marvellous Lovell Health House, from where there are panoramic vistas over the city. Ennis House is an architectural marvel. Designed by the famous Frank Lloyd Wright, it is well worth seeing. Along the way we gazed at Griffith Observatory, and taking a pathway we ended our morning there, enjoying the tremendous edifice and the attractions within.

This funky, eclectic, unique, trend-setting neighborhood includes shops, restaurants and galleries.
Melrose ave is a must visit when you’re in LA. It has plenty of Trendy and vintage shops like round 2 , urban outfitters, and so many more. It also offers a lot of quick bites and healthy food options. There are lots of murals on both sides. So if you’re like me you would want to pause and take your best pics.

Consisting of forty-four acres, this region is a historical re-creation of a typical Spanish village representing the origins of Los Angeles.
You have to see to believe. It contains artifacts from Los Angeles history as this is the birthplace of Los Angeles where people gathered, traded, and lived their lives.

We drove around some of the Hollywood Hills travelling from Hollywood Blvd to Griffith park and then back again, some special locations past and some amazing homes, well worth a viewing.
