After spending a couple days in Cordoba, my brother and I wanted to get out of the city for a bit and this seemed like the perfect spot. I did a bit of research how to get to the park via bus and it worked out pretty easily. There seem to be a fair amount of companies going to Villa Dolores or Mina Clavero, which will pass the park on their way. All of them are located in Terminal 2, the more local routes. We ended up leaving Cordoba at 10:30AM with Sierra Bus and got off at the park entrance at 12:30PM. It was a beautiful drive, actually passing by dozens of condors on the way. Our bus driver said he would be back at 6:00PM, so that was helpful. We walked the 2km to the park visitor center, registered with the rangers and were on our way. The hike wasn't too strenuous, a bit hilly but not too difficult. It was supposed to take 2 hours to reach the end, but we did it in about 1 hour or so. The balconies over the gorge were quite spectacular and we had a little picnic once we got there. We got there a little late for the mass condor flying in the area, but did spot a couple in the sky.
