Beautiful winter garden with snowdrops early daffodils witchhazel and the most fabulous fragrant Daphne. Estate walks with deer and squirrels. Good for dogs on leads but sadly not in garden. Nice shop and 2 cafes with good choice of quality food whether hot meals snacks or cakes. Picnic area lake working mill. House closed for winter. Plenty of parking but can be busy at weekends

Lovely little park, busy with dog walkers and families with children. Just how it should be. Plenty of picnic areas with seating, lovely bowling green, outdoor exercise equipment. Only minor issue is if it’s been raining heavily, pathways get completely flooded. I was past my ankles in water during the last heavy rainfall. All in all, a lovely park which I frequent regularly.

The Japanese Garden is my favourite part of the garden...quiet, peaceful with beautiful trees all well cared for...each area gives you joy and harmony...the beautiful mature trees surrounding the labyrinth give you a place to sit and unwind... in the spring you can see hosts of daffodils...its well respected by all visitors...

Walton park is a great relaxing area with ample space for a dog walk with the canal walk nearby for a stroll. The model train collection and the track run by volunteers is a great treat for small children and parents. The facilities for sports and kids amenities are also good.

Had a days lesson snowboarding with a great instructor called Stuart, by the end of the day we could toe and heel turn and able to get down the slopes without falling. Definitely recommended having the lesson if you want to learn the correct way to snowboard and not pick up any bad habits and want to learn to snowboard properly. Thanks again Stuart we will be back for the intermediate course very soon

We visit here quite often. it's a lovely park to walk your dog's. There is plenty of open field and nice wooded areas to explore, a few free parking spaces to the right as you go through the entrance, a big pond, seating benches, etc. We and our dogs love it here.

SEA LIFE Manchester Aquarium transports you into the amazing underwater world. Prepare for astonishingly close views of everything from humble starfish and seahorses to graceful rays and powerful sharks. With an amazing ocean tunnel, 30 display tanks and more than 5,000 sea creatures the aquarium is the perfect stop for family fun! To get any closer you would have to get wet!
I had a brilliant time at Sea Life Manchester. From the very beginning I received polite and friendly service from Ellis, Chloe and Imogen at the front desk, and then I learned some cool and interesting facts that Ellie and Matt provided before and during my turtle feeding experience. It was a great day! Charli was also very good with the cockroach handling experience. I would recommend and I will be coming by again!

I visited the park yesterday very impressed but more impressed with quality and service of the cafe , due to the new covid restriction it will only be a take away service but there were plenty of seating areas outside . What more could you ask for a bacon balm and hot chocolate after brisk walk
