A large park combining several large areas: a huge alley of fountains, a large museum complex, a large forest with shady alleys. On the territory of the park, in addition to the museum, there are: an Orthodox church, a synagogue and a mosque, and soon there will be a Buddhist temple. It's absolutely worth seeing the city from the viewpoint at Vorobyovy Gory! The weather was horrible when we went and as a result, I imagine that we didn't get the best view. That said, we were treated to a stormy looking sky which looked incredible against Moscow city from the viewpoint. We also walked around MGU which is gorgeously lit as it gets darker. The fog and mist only added to the atmosphere for me. I wouldn't reccomend exiting the metro at Vorobyovy Gory metro station as it required a bit of a treck through the woodland area and then a steep climb up to the viewpoint. This wasn't pleasant due to the wet weather and dark and foggy conditions. Instead, exit from Universitet and you'll be able to see MGU immediately.

A delight on a cool summer evening. This is a popular, pleasant, walkable neighborhood near many theaters, so you’ll be seeing more Muscovites and not so many tourists. A lot of happy people enjoying the park, but you can spot the fans of Bulgakov’s novel by their smiles and mischievous expression! There was even someone cosplaying a character from the novel and there’s a Cafe Margarita across the street—packed full on the night I passed by.

Just to stroll in the sad, enjoy the views! Superb location, by Kremlin's wall. Memorial & eternal fire for fallen soldiers is very moving, beautiful flowers, trees, bushes. Well maintained. All & all: highly recommend!

Came here with our 7 month old. He is still a tad young to really enjoy the playground, but we still had so much fun on the things he could partake in. Ate lunch at a restaurant, had some Russian ponchiki, walked around. It’s beautiful and peaceful, I just wish we got to see a show of some kind that they have here.
