Located in remote Purnululu National Park, these eerie beehive-shaped sandstone domes are striped in orange and black and rise from the floor of Piccaninny Gorge.
Each of the walks were wonderful giving a different view of the area. Domes walk and Cathedral Gorge were easy walks. Enjoyed the Piccaninny Creek to the Lookout and Window over the smooth rock bed, some sand and rounded river rocks. Then in the north of the park, we enjoyed walking into Echidna Chasm to see the amazing colours of the rocks after 11 am. (Keep going past the round open area with a couple of benches as the chasm is further on from this, although the colours of the rocks here were also amazing. Mini Palms was also well worth it. Don't be put off by having to get through, under, around the huge boulders near the entrance, it is certainly worth it.

Located deep within Talbot Bay in the Buccaneer Archipelago are the Horizontal Waterfalls. Massive tidal movements create a waterfall effect as water banks up against one side of the narrow cliff passage, to be repeated again on the turning tide. The twin gaps are part of the McLarty Ranges, which have two ridges running parallel approximately 300 metres apart. The first and most seaward gap is about 20 metres wide and the second, most spectacular, gap is about 10 metres wide. The falls can only be reached by boat or plane
My husband and I recently flew with FLY BROOME to experience the Horizontal Falls we flew over the King Sound over the falls and the Buccaneer Archipelago to Cape Leveque for lunch and a Swim the down to coast back to Broome, the tour company are amazing, from the wonderfully friendly and informative Sadie who picked us up in the bus from our Hotel to the amazing Pilot Eugene who is so passionate about the region and ready with millions of facts about the area. If you get a chance to do this I highly recommend it and recommend Fly Broome.

From our superb base at the Outback Spirit owned Ngauwudu Safari Camp, we enjoyed a delightful walk through very interesting and varied country past Merton Falls to Mitchell Falls, stopping to have a look at some aboriginal art on the way, with a helicopter ride on the way out (only way to go!). Unfortunately, the wet this year (2019) has been rather dry and so the falls were not so spectacular, but the wonderful scenery made the trip and walk very worthwhile.

We did the Ord River Experience with Riverside Lunch tour with Tripple J Tours. This was the best tour we did in Kununurra. The crew were excellent, very knowledgeable and provided extensive commentary on the river system, plants and animals and the Argyle Dam.

Extending more than seven miles in length, this deep gorge was formed by the mighty Fitzroy River.
Wow, wow, wow, the Geikie Gorge is just spectacular. What can I say you just have to go and see it! The scenery is sensational, seeing crocodiles in their own habitat is so good, the colours, the rock formations, the wildlife, it is all amazing. A must do!!!!

Western Australia’s most famous beach is one of the most beautiful in the world, with turquoise waters and impeccable white sand.
Best best in Australia and best sunset!! Great place for a swim or just get sun tan! Highly recommend coming down here to watch the sunset! Grab a picnic basket and some drinks and chill on the grass
