Castaway Cay

Bahamian Out Island currently owned by the Disney Corporation, which is accessible only by arriving on a Disney cruise ship.

Reviewed By 73damienb - Overijse, Belgium

As part of the Disney cruise we visited their island for the day. Arriving in the morning, leaving at the end of the afternoon. Disney did a fantastic job on this one. Plenty of beach to lay one (also has an adult only area), plenty of water to swim in and lots of activities for both parents and kids from just swimming, snorkeling, etc. Plenty of of food to pick up from during launch with their barbeque, especially enjoyed their spicy chicken. Even has a little store with beach oriented gear (easily payable with the disney card to your room on the boat). Would not have minded to stay a few more days! There really wasnt anything for us to complain on.

Man-O-War Cay

Known as the boat-building capital of the Bahamas, this island has historically been populated by religious white settlers.

Reviewed By PBdavidc - West Palm Beach, United States

My wife and I came to visit Man O War Cay in Abaco Northeastern Bahamas the day after Christmas 2018 via Cherokee Air out of West Palm Beach Airport. What a beautieful flight. This island is well known for its safety, hospitality, and friendly people as well as great diving and fishing. There are many private villas and cottages available for rental as well as a couple of condos and cottages. There are ferocious sand beaches and pristine beaches just an hour's flight from Florida. Well worth a visit. Two very good restaurants are located in the town as well as Golf cart and boat rentals. The temperature in early January hovered around 70 to 74 degrees every day. We so enjoyed it.
