This is one of the parks of Ankara, which has become the symbol of Ankara, having visitors for four seasons. It is a chirping park with stone roads, landscape arrangements, artificial lakes, various birds and sculptures in the heart of Ankara. This land, which was a poplar in 1950s, was transformed into a park by Ankara Municipality in 1958. Due to the rare swans gifted by the Vienna Municipality during these periods, its name began to be called Kuğulu Park (Swan Park). This park, which did not attract much attention at the beginning, became popular in the 70s with the renovation works carried out in the period of mayor Vedat Dalokay. Although the number of swans is decreasing today, there are 23 different bird species in this oasis among various trees. There is also a children's playground and a cafe. Inside the 100.000 m2 park, there is the Tunalı Hilmi Bey statue made by Ümit Öztürk and Muzaffer Ertorun's Kissing Statue .
