This is worth a walk to see the windmills. From coach drop off point near Minnewater Lake it took about 30 minutes to walk around to the windmills. From there it was about a 20 minute walk back into the centre of town. Like many buildings in Bruges, the Windmills are visually very striking and provide excellent opportunities for photographs.

Stunning contrast to the all hustle of city center. Very peaceful and quiet area south of the city centre, near the train station.

This is a lovely park to stroll through or sit in if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas. There is also a lovely play area for children. A must visit, also if you're a fan of the film "In Bruge".
