Our resident artists and designers are exclusive from the gallery, so you can fin unique pieces that represent Chilean creativity, and well made produced.
Espacio Rojo is a small gallery tucked in the the colorful hills of Valparaiso. Everything is local and ranges from stunning large wall pieces to smaller paintings and gifts. Chistián, the owner, is very friendly and is lovely to chat with. I have returned various times over the past four years just to say hello and browse through the beautiful artwork. Make sure to ask about the view from his balcony, truly one of my favorite in the area!

Valparaiso heritage interpretation center. New attraction in the only UNESCO Heritage Port of the Pacific Coast of America. Join us for a guided tour inside an antique building, experiencing why Valparaiso is an exceptional testimony to the early phase of globalisation in the late 19th century, when it became the leading commercial port on the sea routes of the Pacific coast of South America. Visits during the morning by Appointment only, minimum 10 people. Reservation Required. From Monday to Saturday.
The owners use the house to present the history of South America, Chile and Vlaparaiso in a wonderful way. You can only be impressed by the amount of care and hard work that has gone into the project, and by the enthusiasm of the presenters. A most enjoyable visit, highly recommended.

This four-story home, offering 360 degree views of the city, is highlighted by "the jar of smoke," a round, post-modern fireplace designed by Neruda himself.
Neruda created this home with his imagination. He enjoyed collecting items and finding creative ways to make them fit in. Every surface has a thoughtful touch to it. There is audio on most items. The house itself is without comparison, truly beautiful. I felt inspired just being there. I also bought the book on the house since you can’t take photos (it is called La Sebastiana by the Neruda Foundation).

This turn-of-the-century palace pays homage to the city's 16th century roots and currently houses the Fine Arts Museum.
The great thing about this museum is that is situated in a super interesting house which still has some of the period furniture and you get to see the original master bathroom! The art collection did not include known to me artists but you could tell these were artists influenced by famous artist. Truly interesting though we're the works by Chilean artists and the the works of artists from all over but with valparaisan and Chilean subjects. In addition, there are great views of the city from the windows,

Short-term and permanent exhibitions of prominent contemporary Chilean and foreign artists living in Valparaiso, an attractive city that has inspired much Latin American art. Paintings, sculptures, engravings, photos and books. We ship all over the world.
We have visited this gallery on our visits last two years in Valparaíso and bought very nice art and sculptures. The person who works there is always very helpful and accommodating especially when preparing the items to take home to Australia. A great and changing selection of artists and sculptures.

We are a maritime museum. Throughout the different halls, you will discover the maritime history of Chile, as well as many different objects used to navigate.
We hadn’t planned on visiting here but for the price of admission spent an hour or so away from the sun. Lovely old building, with naval displays and exhibits. We just wandered around at our own pace, was surprised that the teenagers actually enjoyed it as well.

This unique museum has exhibits tracing the life & work of illustrator Renzo Pecchenino (Lukas) in a 19th-century home. One can appreciate several hilarious cartoons representing the Chileans from 1950s-80s. Certainly worth visiting.
