Our family had a wonderful time exploring Oxford and the Cotswolds with Graham, whom we found to be very knowledgable and friendly. The tour was well structured but also left enough flexibility for us to explore our specific interests. It felt like we were traveling with an old friend rather than someone we had just met. This was time well spent that provided us with fond memories from our family vacation.

Departing from Bournemouth, join us as we tour the very best the west has to offer! 2 full days sightseeing the south coast. Firstly we head to the Jurassic Coast visiting Durlston Park, Corfe Castle, Lulworth Castle, Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Weymouth, Abbotsbury, Broadchurch & Westbay! A truly unique Jurassic Experience! We then head to your booked accommodation in Yeovil. Accommodation is not included in this tour. Day 2: We travel north to Bath. You won’t have to look far to find things to do in Bath as the city is famously full of attractions and activities. In many ways, Bath hasn’t changed much since the times of Georgian gentleman Ralph Allen and writer Jane Austen, both of whom fell under the spell of this city built for pleasure. You then have free time to explore Bath! Then its off to Stonehenge and Salisbury Cathedral! After you have explored the 5000 year old stones we head back to Bournemouth. Join us on this amazing adventure!

We actually used Dorset Tours sometime ago and rebooked again this year. Unfortunately lockdown has prevented us from traveling so we are hoping to use them again in 2022! I just wanted to express what a pleasure it has been itinerary planning and dealing with Sally over the last few months. Would recommend, especially if you are in the Weymouth and Portland area. Thanks.

Great afternoon coasteering. Swimming, climbing and jumping, Victor our instructor talked us through all safety aspects as well as demonstrating every aspect of the session before asking us to do it. Never any pressure to do anything you didn’t want to or out of comfort zone (due to height or sea conditions) Good local knowledge of the coast and its history too. Even in May, with all the layers of wetsuits, never got cold. A real fun afternoon out

Without doubt one of the most informative tours I’ve had by a tour guide. To give context to the reason we went to Bath was my Mum was one of 5 children who lived in Bath in WW2. She was 6 years of age at the time and all her sisters and brother shared their experience of the Bath Blitz to our family and her grandchildren. As i was visiting my sister who lives down near Bath, and our cousin. This was a huge surprise for my Mam, as My sister had contacted Daniel to tell him of where she used to live. Daniel went to the trouble of taking us to where she lived, and had even contacted a neighbour who lived near my Mum and the gentleman kindly shared some pictures of the property before it was demolished due to the bombings. From beginning to end, the vast knowledge and information he shared with us was not a tour, it was an experience. His friendly approach and engaging manner made this a day for my Mum and myself and Cousin a day to remember. Nothing was too much trouble and his wit and vocal tone were perfect, you will never tire of listening to him and the history of this beautiful city. I was not sure what to expect from the day and as an avid shopper, even I was NOT interested in shopping with exception of The Fudge Kitchen as I had mentioned my colleagues had “hinted” that they love it. Daniel took us, to the shop and we were not disappointed! I am sure my colleagues will be disappointed as the fudge certainly won’t be travelling back to Durham as I will have eaten it before I go back. I’ve learned so much today and to see my Mums face and engagement with Daniel will be a day none of us will ever forget. Thank you so much for such a very special afternoon.

The Wales tour was a great experience made much better by our excellent guide Rob! It was a difficult one as travel restrictions in Wales were announced on our third day. But Rabbies was quick to make alternative arrangements in Cotswolds and covered the additional cost of bookings. We have been to some magical locations which we would definitely miss on our own. Rob was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic to help, friendly and flexible making everyone feel involved. All in all, it was the highlight trip of the year!
