You get to immerse in the local community in the city of Kabale, then enjoy the serene and breathtaking views of the famous Lake Bunyonyi, which is the highlight of the tour. This lake was created millions of years ago when lava blocked the River Kabaga creating 29 islands, some of which are inhabited. Finally, we visit the hot springs in Rubanda called Kitagata. This place is famous for its curative waters that it receives about 800 people of all ages and from all corners of the country.

This half day tour follows in the footsteps of the TV show-Amazing Race and visits the same locations as the show while sampling Ugandan food along the way. Our knowledgable tour guide will accompany you on this tour. You'll experience the best view of Kampala when you climb the stairs of a mosque minaret tower, then we drive to the City's largest market, which is the size of nearly 20 football fields. There you will sample delicious snacks such as the Rolex and Ugandan Egg-roll. After that, we take a drive through Kampala's outer neighborhoods to visit the nearby shores of Lake Victoria to see the boat makers, fish auction house and processing. The tour finishes with a feast of fried fish and chips. Transportation, food and drinks are included in tour price. You will be picked up and dropped off at your accommodations in the Kampala area.

Fantastic tour. Kennedy and Paul are outstanding. They go above and beyond (I won’t be able to eat again for days!!). We only had a short time in Kampala and this was the perfect experience - great food, authentic boda boda experience, and lots of local insights and explanations. Kennedy made sure we got to try everything. I can’t recommend it highly enough. These guys are really fantastic!!!

What a fun tour! I especially enjoyed exploring the market and seeing the fish auction at Lake Victoria. The rolex vendors were fun to see, and the rolex and fried fish was delicious!

The Nyero rock paintings are located in Eastern Uganda in Kumi District, 8 km west of kumi town ,about 250 km from the capital city Kampala. The Nyero rock paintings are among the most important rock art in Uganda. There is a lot of history hidden in the east of Uganda that you would probably want to explore. The 3 rock shelters in kumi district contain rock paintings that date centuries of years back probably could have been written in the Stone Age era. The famous nyero rock paintings are claimed to have been structured by the very early people who settled in the area. Some sources claims the extinct Batwa clan that currently resides South East of Uganda could be having roots in this area. This was confirmed by several archaeologists who made several comparisons of the prehistoric rock art. Kumi District is mainly occupied by the Itesots at the moment. it's a must do activity if you are looking for the historical sites in Uganda.

We did a hike to the three falls and finished with amazing abseiling from the highest fall. William is a great guide and a great person he explained all about their culture. He also told us all the future projects of Discover Sipi which includes global warming awareness for the locals and much more! So you know your money goes to good cause too!
