I would give this zero stars if I could. This review concerns Room 109, and probably most of the other rooms here. The room was a mess, there were gang members hanging around, making me have to lock my equipment in my truck. There was paint in the bathtub, the bathtub didn’t have a faucet either. There was coffee stains and holes in the covers and built up dirt in the bathroom vent. There was only one crinkled up tissue in the tissue box, revolting. There was old food on the microwave, something on the floor, half the dial on the air conditioner broke off, and most of the surfaces looked like they hadn’t been wiped in 2 months. My son and I were completely disgusted and attempted to switch hotels, but there was a hefty cancellation fee.

Our stay was terrible got locked out of our room 3 times. The guy at the front desk didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience of getting locked out. The hotel is extremely outdated definitely needs to be remodeled. Also the sheets had blood all over them. Spend 200 plus dollars and there’s no coffee in the rooms. Feel like we where judged and put in the worst rooms of the hotel. The WiFi is terrible on the bed it will work go to the bathroom and it stops working. Also put do not disturb on the door and housekeeping ignored it and still came in. We will never be back

Do not stay in this Econo Lodge. It is absolutely thilthy. We had booked 2 nights and if it weren't for the fact that we arrived at 11:00 p.m. on the first night and had no where to go, we would have cancelled both nights after seeing the room (see the attached photos). You are given 2 measly towels and they were thilthy (see photos). There was 1/2 roll of toilet paper on the holder and no extra rolls in the room. No box of tissues. Just minimal, minimal stuff!!! There was an odor of pot smell the entire time we were there.

Motel 6 Richmond, VA – Midlothian Turnpike is conveniently located off of Chippenham Parkway. Dining, shopping, and entertainment are all nearby! We offer Free Wi-Fi and Micro-fridge units in all guest rooms.
Smoking room bed spreads still had burn holes in them, housekeeping actually does a good job at cleaning the rooms. The only bad thing that happened while we were here was they went in our room and removed all of our stuff even though we didn't check out till the following day. Thank God the only thing we lost was our dogs dishes and food.

Come to the Days Inn Richmond Virginia, a centrally located value hotel featuring superb packages. Located near Busch Gardens. Richmond International Raceway, and Stony Point Fashion Park.
They had ask me to use the automated check in and it did not work I used the local office to get checked in. There was no breakfast, there were spots in the room bathroom that weren’t clean. Tv bid not work. I came to the room one night and there was a few people smoking marijuana on the balcony.

Everything from beginning to end was not pleasurable; check in and out was a hassle; didn't clean room including bathroom entire week; offers no breakfast, lite or otherwise; non-smoking room had the smell of weed and cigarette smoke coming from the second floor down the whole time...hallway reeked of it entire stay...rough neighborhood...it is near the airport if you need that and the noise from the airport wasn't bad...did not feel safe during my stay given the clientele...the kicker is that I wanted to stay for the month but they only take payment up front, so they wanted 2200 for the month...they told me that too many of their transient clientele give them cards that come back insufficient funds...that tells you something right there...I only chose this place because I wanted to hold on to as much of my per diem as I could but this was ridiculous...so I missed out on the rewards points I was counting on and I will have to move to another property...hows that for a review???

I have been staying at this hotel because they sold the house I was residing in. So I came here. You would think being at a residence for over a year some management would have leniency towards you. Never miss a week of payments. It might come a few days later. But them people get paid every week. The management of this hotel is very nasty. She customer service skills sucks. Who ever is the owner needs to reevaluate who he has working for him. They are very unethical people. I will find a way so people will not spend or stay at this hotel. I hope GOD has mercy on her sole... Sometimes cheap isn't the way to go. Especially from Turnpike motel. Stay away. This is a recent post October 12, 2021. Prostitutes and Dope dealers. I truly believe some of these hotels or motels need to be investigated. They don't want you to pay with card because they trying to get over on the IRS. This place and others like this place is a joke. I hope we all can get together and protest against these Indian Americans that's taking our hard earn money. We need black business that going to give exceptional customer service to hard working individuals. Especially individuals that is spending there last. These people turn their nose up at you, but don't realize we paying your bills. Get them outta here quick fast and in a hurry.

Awful experience. The check in desk is a weird little room with a glass window. People loitering in the parking lot smoking weed. Very shabby and old. Everything is chipped, broken or dirty. The room smelled awful. The blanket was stained. At least the was sink clean! There was no breakfast but even if there had been, I wouldn’t have eaten it. The breakfast area is like 3 flimsy tables in the “lobby.” This place gave me the creeps! Avoid it at any cost.

Super 8 Richmond / Broad Street hotel. Our handy amenities and convenient location off Interstate 64 help get you where you are going. Several popular attractions are near our hotel in Richmond, including the Science Museum of Virginia.
There was no cold water in the bathroom sink, there was a dank smell in room, the curtains were broken (and people could see inside ground floor room), shower water pressure was not adequate, no clothes hangers, THERE WAS A (USED) CRACK PIPE ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR (that I had to call the Henrico County Police for), the sprinkler (that should have been on the wall) was missing!

Words cannot describe how degraded I feel by booking this hotel and seeing our room. Cheap but disgraceful service, disgusting rooms. I encourage you to avoid. The management has since threatened lawsuits on multiple reviewers posting bad reviews.
