Over hyped, over priced
Reviewed By gkv2014Stayed her for a night on 5/26/22. Rooms are clean and provide MW and Fridge. Small washroom, but just enough. Coffee maker in the room, but no creamers provided. They dumped a big dirty, torn sofa in the room. Did not care to use, hence did not bother to ask for removal. Old ACs..make too much noise. BF purposely starts at 7 am to avoid many using this..since we left early at 5.30 we did not use (think it is a business model for cost reduction). Clean and well maintained. There is a car port in front of the room...so acts as a shelter....helps during snow and summer. if you book thru any third party aggregator, they add $2 as service charge....unusual...never seen this anywhere...OK for a night but not a great place as trumpeted

Adequate, but out-of-the-way
Reviewed By Sanford ODon't be fooled by listings for Medford: Central Point is an oxymoron, because it's about 3-1/2 miles north of central Medford, kinda in the middle of no where, but close to the military airport. It's not even in the center of the small town of Cental Point, rather about a mile east of town. However, there are some fast food joints nearby: a Sonic, a Taco Bell, and a Burger King. It's also near a Les Schwab Tires and about 1+ mile north of a Costco. The motel is just adequate. Rooms are generally large and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. But, the included "light breakfast" is real skimpy (just some bread and yogurt cups and beverages) and - worst - the shower was absolutely pathetic (super weak and impossible to regulate). There were lots of young families with kids who seemed to really enjoy the indoor pool. Otherwise, it was all quite nondescript.

Reviewed By StephineA85I didn’t notice until after my daughter and I slept in this bed that there were BODILY FLUIDS on the freaking sheets! There’s mold all over the bathroom... cracked tiles and cracks in the walls. The complimentary hand sanitizer in the bathroom was half used. This place is absolutely disgusting. We had no choice but to because it’s a holiday weekend and everything else is booked. I am disgusted and LIVID!! Avoid this place!!

Reviewed By Gary FThis is the first time I have been burned by reading TripAdvisor reviews. I booked the Tiki Lodge in Medford, Oregon following decent TripAdvisor reviews. Awful! Avoid this motel. Dirty! Shower was filthy inside and out! Shower walls thick with scum, floor black, yellow and brown with dirt. Floors had not been swept or mopped. Sink and counter with white dribbles. Walls in bathroom splattered with stuff. Yuk! Walkways and stairway were dirty and smelly. Upholstery on arm chair stained and dirty. Motel is near freeway and on a busy street. Coffee maker in room was dirty but no coffee packs were provided so it didn't matter. Website stated room charge includes breakfast but it does not. Clerk states this is because of covid. Stayed June 2022. By now, most motels have worked this out, or provide breakfast options to-go. What was good: sheets and towels were white, clean, unstained. We checked but found no evidence of bedbugs. Check in clerk was polite. Requested quiet room and was assigned to a fairly quiet room, upper level end of row. Sign in window of office for “help wanted housekeeper” should have been a red flag. Unfortunately, their policy is to take a $100 deposit 24 hours prior to check-in so you can’t cancel when you arrive to see this mess. I should have read the multiple recent negative reviews on Yelp.

Reviewed By SalmonKingRBI have stayed at lots of Motel 6’s in my time. Most were decent if a bit Spartan. This one much more resemble a jail cell and the king size bed about the same comfort level is a Jail cot. To add insult to injury the toilet was dirty and the seat so loose that I nearly fell off. The room was so bad that we actually left without getting our money back and went next-door to stay at the Rogue Regency. When you leave room for already paid for, that’s really bad! The only upside was at the person at the front desk was really nice. Unfortunate that doesn’t make up for a horrible property!

What a wonderful surprise

What a delightful surprise to find this Motel6 has been newly updated. We love the room 106 so brightly lit, dim lighting has been our complaints with many motels, not just Motel6. Both new night stands, each provided with two USB chargers and regular chargers. Brand new desks with TV, new bathroom with a new sinks, just make the new year eve staying so much more pleasant. An excellent priced motel to sent off the old and welcome the new 2022 year.

Reviewed By tonyzemanThe room we initially got was Missing the smoke detector and door hardware. The carpets had bumps and floor squeaked. We changed rooms but the floor squeaked and the carpets had bumps, not installed properly. The wall paper was pealing and doors well used.

Night staff awesome..not the best neighborhood

Get the back side I was too late because of the full hour. But my check-in clerk early Wednesday slash Thursday was awesome. Polite and down to earth. Why on G Green earth they don't provide free WIFI is ...well...wrong.
