Colorado is home to no less than twenty-six ski resorts such as those in Vail and Breckenridge; other winter activities include snowboarding, sledding, sleigh rides, snow hiking and snowmobiling. The state is blessed with national parks, grasslands and forests where in warmer weather you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking or rock climbing. Wildlife abounds, from bears to moose and raccoons to wolverines. More interested in local history? Head for either the Ute Indian Museum or the Koshare Indian Museum, and don't miss the forts such as Fort Garland and Bent's Old Fort. For a complete change, why not take a ride in a hot air balloon from South Park Valley or Boulder and admire Colorado's picturesque landscape from above?

I visited in early June to get my daughter to a summer job with Rocky Mountain Youth Corps. We are so happy we chose to stay at the Nordic Lodge. The rooms were very clean. The location in downtown Steamboat was awesome. The parking is free. The price was right. The staff were amazing. Greg and Emily were so helpful with their local knowledge and recommendations for restaurants directions etc. They even offered to drive my daughter and all her gear over on the day her job started. We ended up extending our stay at Nordic Lodge. Great family run business with great customer service in a great location.

As seen on the Travel Channels Hotel Impossible, Located only 2 blocks from Hot Springs Pool and Glenwood Aventure Park. Home of Rosi's Bavarian Restaurant. We offer spotlessly clean and affordable rooms. Within walking distance to all major attractions including downtown Glenwood.
Comfortable, clean, spartan. We had but a one night stay and chose the Inn due to cost and proximity to walking trails and the Springs. Limited time for breakfast ending at 9 am. A good choice for value seekers! I have no more to say to get this to 200 characters?.

If you're looking for exceptionally clean, comfortable accommodations, knowledgeable and friendly hosts, beautiful views of the mountains, and close proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park, then we're the place for you. Alpine Trail Ridge Inn provides free high-speed wireless internet access and an Aspen-shaded heated outdoor pool (seasonal). We specialize in hiking information, also have a great Restaurant on property. AAA, Mobil rated, recent extensive remodeling and completely repainted in 2018. Our restaurant on-site is a farm to table featuring a seasonal chef prepared and ever evolving menu. Bird & Jim Restaurant is a highlight to many of our guests as well as the natural beauty of Rocky Mountain National Park.
We stayed here twice (arriving in town and then again when we were leaving Estes Park. During the wedding, we had to stay at the wedding hotel) Hotel was clean and easy to get to. The view was nice too. Breakfast not included but for the price, totally fine Cost: book directly is cheaper than going thru 3 rd party. Plus they have coupon code.

This motel is a gem. A classic two queen bedroom that is updated, comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the hot tub and the beds were restful. The town has a laid back and safe vibe. No one is speeding down the main strip. We visited the Gardens of the Gods and ate locally

When visiting Estes Park you will find that your visit is never long enough. We hope the next time you come, you will choose Coyote Mountain Lodge.
Coyote is the low end budget hotel. The room used an electric space heater for heat. The front check-in showed hours open until 10 PM. The neighbors in the adjacent room were screaming and fighting after an evening of drinking. I called the front desk at 9:30. No answer. I called the emergency number posted. I explained the neighbors were fighting. She said she would call the police. Nothing. Finally I called 911. Police came immediately. 10 minutes after they left, fighting resumed. I called 911 again. The drunk woman was arrested. Finally my wife and I got some sleep.

A typical roadside motel with comfortable cozy rooms where you park at your door, and use a real key to enter your room. We strive to make your stay like home away from home.
Saddle and Surrey was a very comfortable stay, close to restaurants and downtown for shopping. The room had a full size kitchen fully equipped with a large bathroom, plenty of room for 4 adults. We'd definitely stay here again.

The best ever! I stayed there years ago but this time I upgraded to a room with a private balcony and I’m glad I did. The room was better than the higher class hotels I’ve stayed in. The bed & pillows were super comfy and had beside phone charger tables built in to the wall on each side. That’s something I’ve yet to see in any other hotel. It looked like everything in the room was new: the fridge, microwave, tv, air conditioner/heater, electric fireplace, and the furniture. The room had a private balcony with a table & 2 chairs so you can sit and enjoy the ducks & geese on the pond. The bathroom was the best! The shower had a rainfall shower head that was wonderful and a built in soap dispenser. Everything was decorated and done beautifully. I woke up to elk just a few feet from the front door, which excited this city girl. The girls at the front desk were so nice & friendly & the breakfast had a good selection to choose from. I am hooked. I will definitely be back.

My wife and I and another couple planned a weekend getaway to ride the train and visit the Winery and Prison Museum. We selected Parkview based on reviews and location. What a pleasant surprise this non-chain family owned Motel was! The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Each room is uniquely decorated and having a real old-school key on a fob brought back childhood memories. The continental breakfast was very adequate. The location was walking distance to the train depot, prison museum and main street shopping. Would stay at Parkview Inn Motel over major chain again in a heartbeat.

The front desk was able to get us into an accessible room, which was so helpful because my husband has mobility issues. The king bed was comfortable, we heard no noise from other guests and the breakfast was great with a very attentive lady in charge.

Region's popular scenic attractions, nestled at the foot of Pikes Peak in beautiful Manitou Springs, a quaint and picturesque town
I just checked out of this place and wanted to pause and leave a quick review. First, the place is immaculately clean. Second, the breakfast is very good and adds a lot of value. The internet service is great, and we took advantage of the business center and the pool/hotub. Everything was in great working order! I will stay here again the next time we come to the Springs. Finally, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the location rocks. If I were to make one small suggestion, it would be to use commercial grade shampoo/bodywash/conditioner dispensers rather than the residential grade ones that I saw here. Why? Anyone can open these and put something into them. No to be paranoid, but there are some freaky people in the world. If I am going to use a dispenser like this, I prefer it has a locking mechanism so it can't be opened by a guest. That is how the commercial ones are designed. I guess these were chealer, and I get that but... On the whole, this is place is an incredible value. We will come back!
