A beautiful garden that is taken care by a man who came from Thailand and married local. Truly appreciate and respect the effort he spent on the garden.

It's a temple in which I felt peace and quiet, kinda goes well with my beliefs. There are so many stairs to the top, but it's worth it. The great statue is one of a kind! The art, the culture, which you can see live, because people come and visit, they hold ceremonies also. Monkeys are all over the place and they sometimes steal stuff from your pocket (sooo funny). I think it's a must see place in Kuala Lumpur. oh! don't forget trying the coconut juice!

Nice little shady alley. Perfect to do with kids. At the main entrance gate to China town. Perfect to combine.

Be Sunday, my teenagers and I planned to go to mass. It is always delightful to experience mass in a new location. St Francis Xavier church is a lovely building from the late 1800s built in honour of the patron saint, St Francis Xavier from Portugal. The high vaulted ceiling with the blue featuring is stunning. The featured stain glass windows and the images of the stations of the cross are definitely worth a look. Interestingly the entire building is on a lean! Not sure why bud guessing some subsidence!

I have travelled to Labuan 4 times over the last 7 years and this visit to Surrender Point was very disappointing. Whether it has been vandalised or just in need of urgent repairs the monument has been neglected. The peace park which is maintained by the Japanese Government was it's usual neat self. This is the spot where in September 1945 the surrender took place and how about the Australian Government preserving this monument in a proper manner.
