This is, by far, our favorite Mexican restaurant. The made-at-your-table guacamole alone is worth a visit. Amazing margaritas, and a menu that goes far beyond tacos and enchiladas. Select from a wide variety of moles, carnes, chicken and fish dishes. Your server will cheerfully walk you through the menu. We've never had a dish we didn't like.

I had seen a sign out front about Tacos and I decided to stop by an order some from this little family owned Small Grocery Store / Restaurant. I went with the recommended Chicken and Pork Tacos and they were both fresh and tasty. This is a nice small inexpensive little place that I am glad I visited and will visit again.
My husband and I had Friday dinner at this restaurant. We had a pretty good meal here a couple years ago but had not been back since. They had changed the restaurant seating since we were there last. Now there are weird open board park bench-like booths with tall polls on them for coat racks. There are too close together and it's just awkward, uncomfortable and weird. The waitress seated us at a table that was still dirty and there was splattered food all over the floor beneath the table. The service was slow and horrible. The waitress was not pleasant and did not speak or understand English very well. The salsas and food were very so-so and bland and unappealing. The tortillas were stale. We were sorry we wasted our money. We do not plan to go back. It's sad.

This is an excellent Mexican fast-food place. Very well executed and pretty authentic food. Great production line concept. Decent eat-in environment and not expensive. All round great value.

One of the most frustrating things about ordering an enchilada entrée (usually with three enchiladas) is that you canât mix and match. You can only pick oneâbeef, cheese or chicken. Imagine my delight when Los Burritos Tapatios allowed me to have one of each. Happy, happy tastebuds! Plus there was no charge for the sour cream -- donât you hate that $1.25 charge most places hit you with! My eating companion had the beef fajitas. It took all my self-control not to scarf that dish down when she offered me a bite.No review of a Mexican eater is complete with a comment on the chips: Homemade served with a fresh chunky style salsa. Plus two more salsas on the table. All three were tasty! Good service, good prices, good foodâthis gringette will be going back!

Been to this restaurant many times, and frankly I have yet to have a favorably memorable meal. For me, this place is a last resort, and there are a lot of sub par options in the general vicinity.

Yes, it is open, not sure why other reviews said it was closed. It is open and thriving! I don't usually like Mexican fast food places. This is the exception. The food is always fresh and served with a smile. I believe it is family owned. The atmosphere transports you south of the border. Very reasonable prices, I have never had a bad meal. Stop in today, you will not be disappointed. Beer for sale but they do not have a bar.Even though the food is fast, table service and take out are available.

Do yourself a favor and try El Faro in Bartlett! Not a fancy place inside or out, but the food is top notch. Please try a gordita - el pastor. So good!! Flavorful meat, hot and tasty. Tacos and tamales are great too. I have to keep going so I can try more things on the menu! Go and enjoy!!

We were intrigued by the good lunch numbers, white table clothes signaled something special. By reputation, the Margaritas and deserts are special as is certainly the Guacamole. And I was pleased with the service, which was attentive and caring. The food (an enchilada for me) was unimaginative and a bit bland.
