The tacos are awesome...you can get some real authentic stuff...tongue, intestines, stomach and all the regular fillings...beef...pork...fish. The Cuban sandwich is killer also. Service is slow but you just have to be in a chill mood. Swing by City Market in Dillon...on the back of your receipt is a 20% coupon. And the house margarita is the biggest and best ever.

QDOBA Mexican Eats is a Mexican restaurant chain serving up big, bold flavor with customizable Mexican entrees like Burritos (wrapped or bowl), 3-Cheese Nachos, Quesadillas, Taco Salad, Loaded Tortilla Soup TM and original creations like the chef-inspired
The tacos were fine. What I noticed is the incredible dirt everywhere. The kitchen floors are nasty. The carpeted area gets hardly vacuumed. There is food on the chairs.Yes, the music is not my favorite but it was not as loud as mentioned in other reviews.

We stopped in to try Sabor Mazatlan for lunch. They offer an extensive menu 0f steak and seafood for dinner but their menu is far more limited for lunch and doesn't really offer the seafood diversity that their dinner menu has. My wife sampled their beef and pork tacos since it was Taco Tuesday. The small tortillas came loaded with meat that was nicely seasoned. I went for the shrimp quesadilla off the dinner appetizer list which came loaded with medium size shrimp in a cheese and poblano pepper sauce. The quesadilla was unique and very good & plenty big enough for lunch. Service was fast and friendly. Definitely a place worth returning to especially to sample their dinner offerings.

Authentic mexican Cuisine. Family operated. Dishes are prepared daily with the freshest ingredients.
We stopped here based on TripAdvisor reviews. One of the best Mexican restaurants weâve been to in Colorado. We had their special grape margarita and shared guacamole. I had the chicken enchiladas and a Chile relleno which was delicious. My wife had a steak burrito which was also amazing. Next time weâre in Colorado weâll definitely come back!

This place is a meat market, grocery store and Mexican restaurant. Have a variety of latin products, such as candy, pints, drinks, chips, spices, tortillas etc.
If you are in the mood for Mexican/Latin American cuisine and don't want to stop at a chain, this place is for you. It is an interesting slice of Latin America in Silverthorne and close enough to the center of things that it is convenient to stop here. We had a burrito and enchiladas con pollo and enjoyed both very much. Why not five stars? Hm... can't quite say, but food was good/not great and timing of service was same. Still, I'll go back and look forward to it. Give it a go and load up at the salsa bar - good variety and heat level for all tastes!

Came here last minute on the way up to Keystone. Very impressed at authenticity. I ordered this seafood platter with beans and salad. Man, it was fantastic and the serving was enormous! My friends and colleagues order a variety of dishes and we're very pleased. The burrito looked like a giant roast. All in all a great place for dinner if your hungry. Staff was responsive and friendly.

We stopped in for a quick lunch after snowmobiling. We had the quesadillas Azteca and combo #5. Both were very good but this salsa is amazing. We had to get a second round. Try out this little spot for a slight twist on Mexican.

After spending $16 for a salad for lunch at the Two Elks on Vail Ski Mountain, this was a real bargain! Chipotle is consist everywhere I go. I always order the chicken salad with brown rice, black and red beans, cheese, salsa and corn. The water is free and only cost a bit over $8. Canât beat that deal for lunch.

It can be because we went at a super crowded time although they were able to seat us relatively quickly. But, the service was beyond slow. However, I don't rate places because you have a bad waiter/waitress as it might be a one time thing, who knows. However, the food was just so-so and yet expensive. The cocktails were the same. It is a popular place but for us nothing special and there are other restaurants in Silverthorne, Dillon, and a short drive to Frisco much better.

Most recognized for serving Summit County's most EPIC Fish Tacos and Shrimp Tacos and burritos. Also in demand are homemade Chili Rellenos! Locally-Owned & Operated since 1998.
Based on TA COE and many positive reviews we decided to stop at Chimayo for lunch. The atmosphere is loud and chaotic. Communication with people behind the counter is difficult and it was not surprising that they messed up our order twice (we ordered a burrito but got tacos and ordered lettuce but didn't get it!). The food is tasty and the portions are large, which is reflected in their price. A single order with sides would have been enough for the two of us to share. Their quarters are cramped with only two standard tables inside and the rest high tops, which are awful if you have back problems. Due to cost, service and seating limitations we won't be back. Welcome to Summit County during the summer! Everyone is busy trying to accommodate the large groups of vacationers in the area and if we could, we would jump at the opportunity to expand our dining area. I spoke with staff about paying better attention to orders but their foreign accents are out of my control. I apologize for the unpleasant experience you had and I appreciate your feedback.
