This establishment has been in the same location for a long time and I have had many wonderful meals there. However, their standards have definitely slipped recently. Had dinner with friends there recently and and started out with slow service. Had to wait for water and our drink order. Once we did order drinks, the server had trouble getting it right. I like my margaritas a bit tart without too much sugary mix. The first drink she brought me seemed to have almost no tequila (very watered down) and was not tart at all. Her remedy? She brought me a shot of tequila and did not even pour it into the glass. Really sloppy service at the table. My friend's wife has some allergy problems and asked for guacamole without onions. When confirming the order, the server asked if she wanted extra onions and, indeed, the guacamole came out with onions. We ordered a large cheese dip with jalapenos and were served a small portion without peppers. Very sloppy service. We also had to ask (and then wait) for our water glasses to be refilled. The chicken fajitas were "okay" but not nearly as good as they used to be. Guess my standards are too high from "the good old days" at El Azteca. Overall, a very unsatisfying experience in a place where I have had many wonderful meals. To make matters worse, our friends suggested another Mexican restaurant and we insisted on this one. Sorry we did. Not a good dining experience on this particular night.

If you want fresh and delicious Mexican food in a bright and clean family owned restaurant, Abuelos is the place for you. From the handcrafted salsa & guacamole to the delicious frozen cocktails to the authentic fresh cuisine and friendly service, Abuelos will not disappoint. My favorite dish is the YMCA Chicken which includes tender grilled strips of chicken, fresh mushrooms and spinach with queso, rice & beans. I skip the rice and go for a side of their homemade guacamole instead. The best! It is so refreshing to dine in a clean well appointed restaurant with lots of sunlight and an open kitchen. The staff really seems to care that you have a good experience too. I have given up on the traditional dark hole-in-the walls and the big chain restaurants and am very glad I did. Prices are moderate and less than many Mexican restaurants for much lower quality food. I think I'll head over for lunch again today.

This popular Mexican restaurant serves good chips, salsa and guacamole. I find its best dishes are its wide variety of mexican plates made with grouper, salmon and several other fish. Most places may serve fish tacos but they have fajitas, burritoes, quesadillas and more. One of my favorite Mexican restaurants.

I had really high hopes for this place. They had really good reviews. They are good, but they are just like Chipoltle. I didn't find this to be much different at all. I really hoped it was going to be this really great find!

I have been a fan of Chuy's for many years. Love the creamy jalapeno sauce, and the boom boom enchiladas. The food is usually very good!! The decor is very interesting and you will find every restaurant will be different. Service was very good this visit as was the food. Had the baja tacos and they were right on!

I went expecting just a bunch of standard tacos and was very surprised to discover new and unique options. Everyone I tried passed the taste test. I found the wait staff excellent and willing to take the time to explain all the ingredients and the way they were cooked. Can not wait to go back again.

FlexMex cuisine combined with awesome margaritas, great beer selections, and a "friends serving friends" atmosphere! What is FlexMex? A cuisine that resembles Tex-Mex but is comprised of and influenced by many cultures. It is an attitude or experience tha
I went to Tin Lizzy's on a Tuesday night. Not very crowded and was seated immediately. So Tuesday night at Tin Lizzy's mean, wait for it, $2 tacos and $4 margaritas. I tried four different tacos and all were great. The margarita had plenty of tequila and tasted so good. Service was fast and the restaurant had plenty of TVs for watching sports, etc.

Some friends live in the area and recommended this to me for lunch so we all went some weeks ago and have returned once since then. This is a Mexican place and the choices are quite creative and varied. I have had different entrees. The restaurant reports that their food is locally sources and it tastes like it. From the chips and delightful dip at the beginning - and they started with one bowl and eventually brought us one each - to the entrees, all was wonderful. I have, so far, had the enchiladas and tacos. The prices are quite reasonable and the service was very good. I will be returning! We very much appreciate you visiting us and sharing your very kind thoughts about Huey Luey's. Everything in our restaurant is prepared fresh each day, and we are glad you can recognize this in the taste and quality. Love that you enjoyed the tacos and enchiladas, but please do not miss out on some of our other great choices and specials we offer. Blackened salmon or coconut shrimp tacos are favorites as well as the delicious sides we serve them with .....street corn and spicy turnip greens! We also have fresh squeezed hand shaken specialty margaritas, and if you if you do happen to love margaritas, you must try. Please tell your friends that we thank them for recommending us to you, and we will look forward to serving you all in the very near future.Warm regards,Richard, Owner

Love coming here alone and sitting up to the bar. The bartender hooks me up with special margaritas and chips. I prefer to ask what they like to eat as they see everything. So I stick to suggestions. Love it!

First - it is important to make reservations even on a weeknight since this is a popular new restaurant. We didnât have reservations but ate dinner at the bar - which filled up by 7 PM on a Tuesday night. The best way to describe the food is Oaxacan-Mexican, not regular Mexican with lots of cheese and refried beans. The food here is more refined highlighting flavors of the fresh ingredients. We ordered the Enmoladas (chipotle chicken enchiladas with mole sauce) and Tacos de Arrochera (steak tacos). Both were delicious. I suggest ordering a side dish as we were still a bit hungry. Parking is valet only with a $2 charge. The bar scene is vibrant and the cocktails offer interesting twists. We enjoyed both the Verdita Margarita and the Oaxacan Peach.
