We found this place by accident and or we happy that we did the mole is to die for and is made in house. The chips were warm and crispThere is a buffet but we love leftovers so we ordered off the menuLots of salsas on the buffet and they said help yourself We will be backOn 80 across from bojangles
Welcome to Mom's is what you will hear the minute you enter the restaurant. It is build your own cafeteria style. Burritos, tacos, quesadilla, salads, and of course nachos. I had the kids burrito - Moo Moo Mr. Cow with chicken. Perfect portion for lunch. We shared a cup of queso - yum. There is also a salsa bar and each entree comes with ample chips. I enjoyed being able to choose my toppings. Everything was fresh. Be prepared the line can move slowly if someone in front of you can't quite make up their mind what they want. Nice lunch spot.

We should have walked away after seeing the "outage" sign on the front door. And we should have walked away after the ten minute wait for the bathroom. Or after seeing the condition of the bathroom. We waited in the line for food for 15 minutes. No beans? No salsa? What? So I definitely would have walked away if the sign or an employee had told me no soda. Who doesn't have soda???? Won't go back here like ever.

We stumbled on this unpreposessing place while staying at the La Quinta Inn, a 5-minute walk away. Excellent, authentic Mexican food served cheerfully and at moderate prices; what a treat, among the Burger Kings and KFCs! I only wish they had one in our hometown, we'd be regulars for sure!

This was our first vacation in over two years. Thank goodness, this place did not set the tone, for our trip. We had a small breakfast, at home, before our flight to Savannah. We arrived and we were starved, and wanted some Mexican. So after placing our order, 30 minutes later, the waitress said our food should be out shortly. Well...20 minutes, later...still no food, so we got up and left. So happy this was the only bad experience. The rest of our trip, was awesome...!!!

The fajitas veggies and carnitas seemed fresh, but everything, including the salsa, was rather tasteless. After begging for some pico, and some hot sauce, it helped a bit. Nothing we had couldn't be recreated by dumping out cans from Samâs Club. In their favor, the pico seemed to be made from scratch.

Tijuana flats is a nice little tex-mex type restaurant that we have always been a fan of. I've always ordered blackened chicken flautas and have no reason to try anything different. The food is always good, but the hot sauce bar sets it apart from other restaurants. Everyone is always friendly and holds the door for you walking in and they check from time to time if you need anything. Aside from the flautas, the guacamole and chips is really tasty as well. You can't go wrong with those dishes. Dip the flautas in the cheese, and top with something from the hot sauce bar.

We had lunch at the Bloomingdale location, at Roger Woods Guitars. Itâs a cute little place with some indoor and patio seating. Hubby had the beef tacos and I had a shrimp and a carnitas (pork)....Flaco style. They were served with some crisp vegetables, grilled onions, a roasted jalapeño, lots of fresh cilantro and a wedge of lime (nice touch). All the tacos were delicious and fresh, but my favorite was the pork. Iâm definitely getting those again the next time.

Spent the night in Pooler at a nearby hotel. Found this restaurant on Tripadvisor. Located very near our hotel. Easy to find, good location, in a small shopping center. This place is unique! Upon entering, we were greeted in a very welcoming manner and seated immediately. While the restaurant looks small from the outside, itâs quite large and open inside. The menu is wonderful! We spent more than a few minutes deciding what to order. Meanwhile, a server came by, took our drink order as another server delivered chips and salsa. The chips and salsa were delicious! Not too salty, not too spicy. Excellent! Soon after taking our order, our drinks arrived. Cold beer, delicious margarita. Not long after, our meals arrived. My Andreaâs combo was totally delicious! The rice and beans were perfect but even more impressive were the enchiladas and burrito. The burrito was stuffed with quality beef skirt prepared on premises. Amazingly delicious! The chicken and ground beef enchiladas were also quite nice. Also, the grilled enchiladas were delicious! The portions are quite ample. Served hot! This place is great. Spoke with the owner who is very present, observing, serving, greeting, and making sure his patrons are being well served. Locals definitely have found this place and create a warm ,fun atmosphere. Very nice Mexican music (not live). The uniqueness of this place is obvious in a variety of ways ... the abundant, friendly servers are everywhere, attending to all the tables, no one individual server assigned to my table. It was great! The recipes originate from Texas which help make this restaurant unique, not the âtypical, ho-humâ Mexican restaurant. Glad we found this restaurant. We will DEFINITELY return!
