Things to do in Perris
A small operation, nothing fancy. In a strip center. Good place for lunch. A real Mexican restaurant with even the flavored bottled drinks are all from Mexico. Good chips and salsa with the meal, as they even have two types. They can be a bit hot. Got the tacos which came with beans and rice. It was good. Prices are fare and service was good, nothing friendly but to the point and efficient. A place to go to get some real Mexican food.
Carne Asada Fries, Asada Taco, Rolled Tacos, Chicken Burrito - All Good!!! Ask for cheese in the chicken burrito. They put a lot of guacamole on the Rolled tacos and Super Fries / Nachos!
What can I say. Its exactly what you would expect. No worse. Its close to the Red Lion. Drive by window open at midnight, though we had to go back because their computer was on the fritz.
This place is a disaster. We were looking for some good Mexican food and our usual place had closed. We stopped in here and will never return. We watched as the cook put our tacos together using his bare hands (no plastic gloves or utensils) which I am pretty sure is a health code violation. We ordered to go and when we were a mike down the road realized they had not given us our rice and beans. By the time we went back and got them then got home the tacos were so soggy. To top it off the beans had no flavor and the rice tasted like fish. What a huge disappointment.
All of their food is very good. Carne Asada Fries are my favorite. The Fish Tacos are very good as well. My wife loves the Chiles Rellenos.
The owner would feed his employees. Word got out on not just the market's top of the line meats, but also the food they provided to their employees. The market became so popular that they had to get another location for the restaurant! Come in to see why
This is real Mexican Food! Ok, I know Mexican food varies by region. This is simply authentic!Fresh, tasty and not bad pricing!

I'd been longing for the true taste of Baja street tacos and a fellow Mexi-food friend had me check out Tacos La Bufadora in Perris. Located in a strip mall off Perris Blvd, just south of the Wal*Mart, "La Bufa" hit the spot with some of the tastiest fish tacos I've had north of the border. I wolfed down two perfectly seasoned, mouth-watering red snapper tacos saddled in a hot, fresh roasted tortilla with all the trimmings. Freely soaking the fish in fresh-squeezed lime juice gave it that extra picante snap. La Bufadora is a famous local landmark tourist destination along the rugged Pacific coast just south of Ensenada. Although la bufadora translates normally as a "sea geyser", hole in the rock or blowhole, along the Baja coast south of California, however, it also stands for the nostril-like hole on the top of a whale or dolphin's head where they expel air and other materials. Ask any fan of Baja and you will find that "bufadoro or -dora" is often a decent nickname for residents of the Ensenada area, just like a person from Rio de Janiero is a "carioca". So you folks with a whale-sized appetite for tacos and other Mexican food should go to La Bufadora in Perris and capture your raft of flavor. Wash it all down with Coke products. No beer or wine here. Check out the big, inviting Baja wall map near the entrance. Use the nice salad and salsa bar. Most of the after-work crowd are getting food to go. The facility is long and narrow, and a bit crowded. There's plenty of parking and the bathrooms were fair. Service was brisk and the order was perfect. Overall, its low-key and not too fancy.Bottom line: The Monk (that's me!) highly recommends La Bufadora when you just can't get away to Baja for a weekend. But you will feel like a local as you enjoy the taste of Ensenada. Now if the restaurant could just add a Malecón, or seaside walk, all would be perfect!

Authentic Mexican Tacos & Quesadillas! The meat is so flavorful. I like how they can shave it right off the skewer for you if you choose that particular kind of meat. Otherwise they have whatever your palette desires. My son ate about 8 tacos and loved each one - for the 3 seconds it took him to scarf it down! lolHe loves the food! He also loves the horchata. And they have a great variety of other juices for you. Finally, I like the little side bar for your condiments and toppings where you can get as much cilantro, onions, salsa, and other things to make your taco or burrito really speak to you! hahaLove this spot much better than the gas station that used to be here!

They have great food great variety they have remolded the restaurant and it looks great. There customer service is always great very friendly. They have an all you can eat menu you pay a amount I believe I saw 10 something and you get to eat as many items that you want off that menu. If you eat less they have a great variety of different dishes. They also put in a bar with a great variety off different drinks and they also have happy hr with food and drinks special great place I recommend it ..

I regularly come here to eat. Price is typical and meal size is a healthy serving comparable to other restaurants but I come here because of the food quality (like mama cooked it), because of the warm friendly service and because of the relaxing outdoor patio. These make it a very enjoyable meal even on hot days (which we have a lot of here). It is a family place, a great place to take a client (did this with one client and he now comes regularly with his wife). There is a portion of the patio with large tables so you could have a big family get-to-gether. I would call to plan a large group. It is to me the best Mexican Resturant in Perris.EnjoyBob
