This place is #1 for a reason. Probably the best Tex-Mex I have had in Oklahoma. I had the Tarahumara Special Dinner. My wife & my dad had the Enchilada dinner. Everything we had was really really GOOD. Service was Great as well. Got there on a Wednesday night @ 8pm & only had to wait about 5 minutes. This will be my GO-2 spot for Tex Mex from now on. Keep up the Great work. Can not wait to go back & try the Chili Relano & the Fajitas.

My wife had the potato taco classic breakfast taco what she said was very good I had the Torchy's burrito without the rice because sometimes the rice there isn't cooked good and have some crunchy pieces which are not good but the tortilla was so tough I couldn't eat it or chew it I don't know if they microwaved it or what they ruined the tortilla and the beans have a funny taste not sure why the food was bad this time on my part when my wife's was good ?

First off.... expect long lines and often a significant wait. While you're waiting, head to the bar . Might I suggest a Raspberry Pina Colada Margarita? Delish!! Free chips and salsa here but there is a fee for queso and tortillas. Very spicy, flavorful food! If you lika da spice, then this place is nice! Really great.... surprisingly great!

This restaurant has an interesting and varied menu. A fusion of flavors from Asian and Latin cuisine. Service was very good and they did not charge for my friendâs dessert because it was almost her birthday. The vegetarian fajita was pretty good and enough food for two. The London dish in peanut sauce served with fried avocado was also very unique and tasty. Plenty of options for both vegetarians and non- vegetarians. Portions were generous. Desserts were not cheap, but were unique and very good. The tres leches dessert and the churro bowl with gelato were beautiful and delicious. I could return to this restaurant just for the desserts. Creative and tasty food, great service and reasonable prices for this level of quality and variety, make this restaurant a keeper.

Me & a guy I work with ate lunch here today. We both had the Green Chilli Chicken enchiladas with rice & beans. Loved the green sauce & everything else as well.

Serving friend and family a delicious meal in your home is deeply embedded in Mexican culture. With that in mind, Ted Curtis, our founder, set out to create a welcoming restaurant inspired by that experience. We are rooted in serving the best Mexican food
This was my second disappointing meal while in Norman. It can best be described as huge portions of mediocre food that doesn't cost much (inexpensive). The steak fajitas were one of the worst I have had in a while (almost mushy). Serving guacamole as 4 ice cream scoops over lettuce is not what I am used to. I just wanted a bowl without the lettuce. Clearly this is more of a family restaurant and for large parties. Singing waiters for birthday celebrations may be appreciated by some, but not business travelers trying to have a nice meal. The best part of this restaurant was the automated device that allowed you to pay your bill without summoning a waiter and without having your credit card leave your possession. Emailed receipt was also appreciated. I wish all restaurants would do this. I can see why some people may like this place, but as I business traveler and somewhat of a foodie, I did not. I will not return. We're sorry to hear that you weren't completely happy with your Ted's experience, Darryl. You should always love everything you order from us, so it sounds like our food has some room for improvement. Should you wish to reach out to our Norman general manager with more details, please feel free to give them a call at (405) 307-8337. We look forward to hearing from you and to our chance to impress you again one day in the future.Wishing you well,Ted's Management
Taco Mayo is an Oklahoma staple featuring fresh ingredients and tortillas made daily. I love their salsa and the fact that they have a few selections of them. The tacos are crisp and tasty. Taco Mayo often has featured promotions for a period of time i.e. grilled nachos, burritos, indian tacos, etc. I have found them to be speedy and accurate with my order. My son loves their taco burgers and potato locos.

La Luna Cantina & Grill Provides Exception Mexican Cuisine to the Newcastle, OK Area
The last 3 visits (3 strikes and your out) have been horrible! Most recent, waitress brought drinks and a dirty glass, then got an attitude when we asked for a clean glass. Queso was so spicy, I was sweating. The waitress told us itâs the same way they always make it. Next most recent (and it had been quite a while), there was a long blonde hair in the guacamole, and we couldnât finish our meal. And the time before that there was human fecal matter smeared all over the bathroom wall.

This soup is not cheap ($14) but it is truly the very best I have ever eaten. It has large chunky vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, onion) and plenty of chicken and seasoning. And enough to take home for a second meal. Chips and salsa, soft tortillas also good. Very good restaurant.
