This is a fun "mexican" style restaurant. You order at the counter and they bring it to you. It isn't very big so seating can be tricky if you have a large party. Will visit again when in area.
We tried out this new Mexican restaurant for the first time and it exceeded our expectations. The vegetarian plate was good. The taco, burrito, and chile relleno plate was also good - the chile relleno was great and just right hot pepper spicy. Their margaritas were also great and not too sweet. The wait service was nice and they answered our questions about variations of ingredients in the food. Lastly, they had a health department rating of 98! Weâll return to this restaurant.

Guadalajara Jalisco serves-up standard mexican fare. The restaurant is friendly and relaxed and the service is excellent. The menu is extensive, and includes a number of special plates, depending on the time of the day. Portions are huge - your plate will be jam-packed with goodness. Flavors are great and the freshness of the produce remarkable.Recommended!

Villalongin Mexican Cantina Serves Authentic And Handmade Entrees To The Madison, AL Area
Stopped here for a quick bite on travel. I had the enchiladas (beef, chicken, cheese) and my associate had the chicken fajitas. My enchiladas are were a little above average but my associate said his chicken fajitas were delicious and perfect. heâs a fajitas expert ( so he says haha).

Growing up in South Texas and spending my summers in Mexico, I consider myself a Mexican Food snob. We had spent all day looking at houses and stopped here on our way back to the hotel, around 9PM for dinner. I went in with my hopes at a moderate level only to be pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. Liliana provided great service and made the experience even better. We ended up buying a house right around the corner from this place, so you can bet that we will make this one of our regular spots! We are neighbors now! Love it! You're always welcome! Thanks for the review.

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in town, hands down. The fish tacos are addictive. If youâre new to them, youâll find yourself want to go back for them daily until youâve gotten your âfixâ. Salsa is always fresh, they have great pico, guac, and the sauce that comes on the side of the fish tacos is just the yummiest thing Iâve ever had in my life. Only thing I wish theyâd do is PLAY SPANISH MUSIC. Iâve heard them say the manager doesnât want to, but doesnât he realize that when people go to a Mexican restaurant full of Hispanic decorations that they want to feel the vibe with the music that matches? All in all, I love this place, even though you may hear John Mayer sing while youâre saying âOle!â (I love john Mayer, but he isnât Spanish!)Thanks, Funlovin....we appreciate your time, compliments, comments and that AWESOME rating, my friend... Is Something Different!

My wife and myself have dined at the Hwy 72 (Madison) location NUMEROUS times. But this evening (May 26th) is the last time we will patronize this restaurant. We ordered our usual dishes, and upon being served, we noticed that the rice and refried beans were barely warm. Before even eating a small portion of them, they had actually gotten cold. I informed our waiter of the problem and he simply smiled, mumbled something and walked away. A few minutes later, I called the manager to our table. I informed him that the rice and refried beans were "cold"! His reply was "let me check on it", then walked off. He never returned to our table. Upon paying our tab, the cashier asked "How was everything?" I replied "not good, our food was cold and of poor quality". She just smiled and continued processing our payment. The manager was standing next to her listening, yet he had absolutely nothing to say. Besides the temperature of the food, my iced tea had very little ice, my Chimichanga had a terrible taste, and my wife's Fajita's meat was too tough to chew. (For over an hour after leaving this restaurant, I was nauseated. Thank God for Pepto Bismol) This restaurant is totally unconcerned with satisfying and/or retaining their customers, and could care less of the quality of food that is served to it's guests. I noticed that the last few times we dined at this restaurant, the number of diners is steadily declining, while Las Trojas (directly in front of this restaurant) is totally packed out. Now I understand why. Even though we have continued eating at this Casa Blanca after Los Tojas opened, I think maybe it's time for us to start spending our money there! Maybe they will appreciate our business and be concerned of the quality of their food. I RARELY complain at restaurants, so when I do, it's a very legitimate complaint. I normally just don't return to a bad restaurant, but this time I felt that I should warn others as to what to expect at this restaurant!!

My opinion, one of top 2 Mexican restaurants in HSV. Large (maybe too large?) portions. Decent margaritas even if the frozen ones are pre-mix. My guess is the refried beans and rice are pre-plated and then the main food item added later because the rice/beans sometimes have that dried, heat-Lamp reheat look while the main food item looks fresher. Frequent long waits testify to the popularity of Rosieâs.

Went here to eat and ordered one of the "vegetarian" dishes. Was horrified to find a piece of chicken in my quesadilla. The staff didn't seem very apologetic at all at first. I have a phobia about eating meat so this was a really big deal for me. If they're not at all careful about preparing their food, I wonder what else finds its way there: rubber bands, rat poop, garbage, hair, allergens not mentioned on the menu, you name it. â¹ï¸
