Good quality food, fast and fresh!! The service was a little off, had to repeat things several times to the gentleman making our food, it wasn't loud or busy inside so I don't quite know what the issue was, but overall, a solid chipotle experience!

Great food at fair prices. Excellent authentic Mexican food at reasonable prices. Try the Vampiro and the shrimp cocktail. Excellent salsas as well as they serve a great chipotle salsa that is the best I have tasted.

I have been going to Maxcy's Grill for breakfast and always enjoyed the food and the great customer service; then I made the mistake and went there for dinner. Unfortunately the food was not good. We ordered the fried chicken dinner w/mashed potatoes, gravy and a cheeseburger w/potato salad. The cheese burger was average but the potato salad was delicious. The chicken dinner was really bad

I stopped by for breakfast one morning during Coachella. The menu I found to be very interesting with some very cool healthy options. I opted for the simple Steel Cut Oats which did not disappoint. The portion was huge, complimented by the side of Tres Leches Cream, Sugared Pecans and Local Berries. It was wonderful, the atmosphere is darling, bright and open. The service was a bit slow as I had waited for about 15 minutes for my Oatmeal while other dishes were being served to other customers that arrived after I did. Not sure why they were delayed, and glad I wasn't in a hurry to enjoy my breakfast.

On the outside it looks ordinary but once you walk in the inside you'll be surprised. Our waiter was wonderful and attentive. The food and drink was amazingly good. We will definitely be coming back for any occasion either for breakfast, lunch and or dinner. I highly reccomend this restaurant.

On business we asked where an authentic Mexican restaurant might be. They said Pueblo Viejo of course. Well they were so right. From the moment you walk in you just know you could go for lunch and leave after dinner. The cozy layout of the floor was inviting. The staff was engaging and the food and drink was, well almost perfect! Wonderful Mexican restaurant!

Went on a Monday night at 6pm and the restaurant was bustling. It was a cool evening but asked for a table for 4 on the patio near a heater.....we were the only patrons outside, but still received great service. Food was wonderful and plentiful and priced right. We will definitely return!

We visited Indio, California for a few days in November. We arrived close to midnite. On the way back to the airport, we were thinking about eating something lite. Our google search found Tacos Gonzales and we decided to venture there. We had tacos only, pastor, carne asada and chorizo. They are served in fresh, small size corn tortillas topped with onion and cilantro. Each bite was a trip to heaven and back. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. The waiting time was minimal. The next morning, before heading to Joshua Tree National park we made another stop for late breakfast. This time, my picky eater, fast food-eating 10 year old was hungry and ordered chicken tacos (no onion). The expression on his face was priceless after he took the first bite.He then started asking for Tacos Gonzales for every single meal until the day we left.I highly recommend you try this place, but warn you that it may be a little addictive.

My wife and I came here for dinner last night. The food and service were both above average. We were greeted and taken to our seats when we walked in. Our server Victor took our drink orders right away and before he had a chance to bring us our drinks another person brought us fresh chips and salsa. The chips were not salty and tasted fresh and the salsa had a fire-roasted tomato base and had some bite to it but was not overpowering and was quite good. My wife had to seafood fajitas and I had braised short ribs. The food is made fresh when you order and from where we were seated we could watch them prepare our food. Victor came by a couple of times to let us know that they were working on our order. It was worth the wait for the meal my ribs were very tender and had an ancho chile base which was very flavorful and easy to eat. The portion size was just right for us. We had the Tres Leche for desert with our meal and it was the best that I have ever had. We will going again next time I want a great meal for a special occasion. Dear Charles M,I am thrilled that you had the opportunity to discover and enjoy an incredible dining experience at Adobe Grill. Our talented chef, restaurant manager and the entire staff have created an exceptional atmosphere and menu that is a favorite of our guests, our Greater Palm Springs family, and visitors beyond. We look forward to welcoming you back for more delightful dining. Sincerely,Marco FoelskeResort Manager

It is the best to have a reservation during the "high" season as Casa Mendoza Restaurant is generally very busy from December through April. The owner Ramiro Mendoza is a hands-on owner and long term restauranter. We have dinner here several times during the season for the last few years. Casa Mendoza serves the best "skinny" Cadillac Margarita. Angel, JP & their bartender colleagues do a great job. Entrees are tasty, delicious and consistent in quality. Generally service is very good.
