This is located off of I94 around some truck driving fuel and service areas. The crowd was mostly truck drivers and mechanics. They had only one server and one cook. Help wanted signs on the window. The food was bland but just OK. Service was just OK. I would recommend driving into Eau Claire to find better Mexican food. The building has had different restaurants in the same location but don't seem to do well at this location.

If you want to eat great mexican food (not southwest, not tex-mex, not american-mex) - real mexican food. This is a taqueria - simple food in a simple setting. Taco's, Burrito's, Tortas and a few other menu items. Taco's are meat, garnish (onion, cilantro) in corn tortillas. Meat choices include about 10 different meat and vegetarian options. Good beverage choices including several mexican beers, horchata, soda's, etc. Simply the best Mexican food in the area - but don't think it is what your used to at your common american mexican places.

I loved the variety of fajitas at Casa Margarita. We ordered the steak fajitas, shrimp for heat us and fajita salad - they were all delicious. The vegetables were cooked to perfection! Greatly enjoyed the case so dip, salsa, and guacamole. We ordered the large guacamole for three people and you could've served 10. The complementary chips are delicious. The staff was very attentive. We will return!

We have eaten here several times and bever had a bad meal. Tonight was very disappointed. We ordered tacos for taco Tuesday. They were flavorless and not hot. No onions or seasoning on the beed tacos. Some people may like them without seasinong but we sure didn't. Sorry for bad review, but I don't want others disappointed as we were.

We stopped here for dinner while traveling West on vacation. They were very busy, but we didn't have to wait too long. I got the salad with chicken and hubby got the burrito bowl. Everthing was delicious. There was plenty of seating available since there is outdoor seating here. There were many workers on duty keeping things running smoothly.

My wife and I have eaten at Cancun restaurant numerous times over the last several years. In the past we were satisfied with the food and service. This time we tried the salad menu with a taco salad and a shrimp salad. Both salads were average prices. Portions, seasoning, and presentation were much below average on this occasion. The shrimp salad was iceberg lettuce, 4 slices of tomato, and some grilled shrimp. The taco salad had no seasoning on the ground beef and was skimpy. Disappointing. I can recommend their carne asada and queso with chorizo.

Spacious and tastefully decorated restaurant and bar areas. We had a wonderful waiter who took his time to answer all of our questions about items on the menu. I had a margarita and lobster enchiladas that I can't wait to try again. The entire experience was an A+!!!

I have been here for lunch and for dinner and have never had a bad meal, wonderful choices, homemade chips and salsa when you sit down, very friendly crew. I have taken family from out of town and when they come back to visit me they ask to go there again. Prices are reasonable for all the food you get(I always leave with a doggy bag).

Three of us enjoyed a great evening at Taqueria la Poblanita last night. The restaurant itself was decorated in a pleasant Mexican decor and looked neat & squeaky clean. We were very warmly greeted within seconds of entering the place and seated immediately in the booth we requested. After taking our drink order, we were brought warm tortilla chips with a tray of 3 salsas: red, green, & creamy avocado (+ "secret ingredients"). All were mild to medium spiced with hot sauces available to add if desired. One of us had the chicken burrito, one the pork sopes, and one the 3-taco (1 lamb and 2 lengua [tongue]) dinner. We shared a side of cebollitas (cactus, jalapeño & cebollitas--baby onions) deep fried & crispy--delicious! Along with 3 icy cold glasses of XX, it was a perfect evening! Great food, great service! Loved our waiter; no matter what we asked for, his motto was "We could do that!" -- all for @$40! Can't wait to go back!!

We stopped for a break on our drive from Northern Wisconsin to Southern Iowa-glad we did! Tastey eats, kind service, easily accessible from the road. I had the sopa with veggies and we sat outside :)
