YUM! This place is fresh and fun. The elote is fantastic and the pork tacos are my favorite. Iâve eaten here 3 times and itâs all been delicious! The atmosphere is great, you can even share a table and make some new friends.

Fast service, good food, well-maintained establishment. Inside and outdoor seating. Festive environment. Great place to meet friends, bring family, or conduct business. The menu is bursting with yummy options. Can't go wrong.
I've been coming to this taco stand/food truck since the early 90's but only starting eating here more frequently since we moved to Dalton. It's authentic and delicious. Everything has great flavor...reminds me of my grandmother's cooking! order anything with the chicken, its delicious! The staff is very helpful and friendly.
Baja-Coop aims to offer its guests Fish Tacos prepared by our Californian chef, Jon, raised in the Baja area and knowledgeable about a true Baja taco. We also offer Free Range Chicken Wings from all natural, no antibiotics or growth-hormones chickens. Las
I really want to like Baja Coop. The food quality is usually good, with fresh ingredients and a great menu. The food quality would earn much more than three stars. Unfortunately, there are a few things that will prevent us from coming back (price and service)1. The price for what you get is not comparable to other restaurants. My family went here in Sept for dinner (2 kids, wife, and me). The cost of our meal was not in-line with similar types of restaurants. 2. The service is not very attentive. The times we have been, the wait staff rarely comes by the check on us. At our most recent visit, we had to refill our own drinks because the waitress just stopped coming by. 3. Our most recent visit was very disappointing. After drinking one Diet Coke, I went to get a refill. They were out. My 2 sons ordered fries. They ran out and only had enough for 1 order. My wifeâs tacos came out incorrect (wrong meats and wrong type of tortillas) and my sonâs tacos did as well (wrong tortillas). We told the waitress about the issue, and she took my wifeâs order back. They recooked them, brought her food out again, and they were incorrect again (wrong tortillas). At that point we gave up. The waitress apologized and said that weâd get a discount next time we came in. That will not be happening. With several great choices in Dalton, we will be going to other places.

This place isn't bad, but there's nothing for me to really write about. I do prefer their particular type of deep-fried flour shell tacos to others in the area, but this is the definition of average tex-mex. Give it a shot if you haven't been.

I have eaten here three or four times. Well worth trying. The shrimp dinners are best. The cucumber sides, some sort of salad I have never tasted before, we out of sight. Thoroughly enjoyed myself. My wife had the whole, fried Talipia. It looked great.Very reasonable prices and good, quick service.

A college professor introduced my class to this hidden gem 6 years ago. While in the general area today, I decided to try to find it again. Google maps didn't take us directly there, but we found it anyway! I ate every morsel of my meal and felt completely satisfied afterwards. Like other reviewers said, there's no menu, but you'll probably never eat any better grilled chicken!

Popped in here after a long day and was surprised by how uniformly good everything was. Tacos, a couple of enchiladas, rice and beans, the guacamole, only the cold chips were disappointing. I thought the fellow noisily making tableside guacamole and incessantly pounding defenseless avocados at table after table was a needless detractor from what otherwise was a very nice and gemütlich atmosphere (OK, maybe simpatico would be a better word here), but overall it was only a minor distraction. A really excellent meal, and it was obvious to me that the many other diners around here were equally savoring their meals.

I went in for lunch and got some tacos (4.99) and they come with chips. There is a self serve salsa bar with mild, medium, hot and chipotle. I also got a small side of cheese dip. I had one pork and one steak taco and they were great, especially with chipotle ranch on them. You can load your tacos down with all kinds of toppings though some do add to the cost(guacamole). This is a great place for a quick lunch with friends and reasonably priced. I will try one if there burritos next time they looked delicious.

Located in a strip mall by the Interstate, âLos Pabloâsâ put me off with the poor punctuation. âLosâ means multiple Pablos, right? But the punctuation mark on the sign suggests one singular Pablo. That peeved me.The ambience was welcoming: pastel colors, lively carved paintings on the booths, soft Mexican tunes on the sound system. My icy cold Victoria was refreshing. Downhill from there. The wait staff was surly and rushed. The tampiquena was a bad cut: tough, fatty, gristly. Runny beans, room temp rice. I requested no tomatoes so of course there was a pile of tomatoes.I donât know if there is one Pablo or two; I do know one meal there was enough for me.
