This was just an OK place...nothing special...the food was ok...the service was ok...the drinks were good...the bathrooms were a mile away...I guess that's so the manager can determine if you had too much to drink...the bar area is at the end of the hall that takes you to the bathroom...that way they can tell...again if you had to much to drink...before you leave the restaurant...unless there's a back door...which I didn't notice on my mile long trip to the bathroom...it's an ok place to stop and have lunch...

It looks like a little hole in the wall type place. And it is not fancy whatsoever! But the food was seriously delicious - very authentic Mexican food. So, despite the lack of atmosphere, the food is definitely worth going for!

Food is decent here but donât use a credit card... my waiter left it totally unattended on a counter. We wouldnât have known this but my husband walked by it on the way to the restroom... very careless in my opinion

My wife and I have had dinner here about 3 times. The staff is friendly and the food is always piping hot and good. If you are looking for a good south of the boarder meal, this is a good place to go.

Just a 10-12 minute drive from Great Wolf Lodge, this little hidden gem was worth paying a visit. Great food. Muy sabroso!! Nice service. Terrific value. Loved the homemade tortillas. The refried beans were what refried beans are meant to be. Portions were huge, but they had takeout containers for us to bring leftovers back to our hotel fridge for a snack later. Burritos were gigantic and delicious - many choices of meat filling for burritos and tacos -- all the usual plus lengua (tongue) and cabeza (beef cheek). Perfect for both the cautious and adventurous eater alike. The jamaica (hibiscus drink) and the horchata (sweet rice milk drink) came in comically huge, glass steins. Again, they had to-go cups for what we couldn't finish. Highly recommend!!!

Again, I am half tempted not to review this little gem because I want to keep it for the locals! Nevertheless, the food is fresh and good and amazing! My husband said it is his favorite of the local Mexican places we have tried. He had 3 mini sopes and pronounced them wonderful. I had the chicken flauta platter. They were crispy and tasty and full of flavorful, moist chicken. The service was a little spotty, but there were only two people there; the cook and one server. But we really enjoyed our experience.

I've been to Plaza Jalisco numerous times over recent years...pretty much every time I stay in the area. The food is outstanding. The prices are a great value. Service is always fast and attentive. The only down side is the interior could use some updating, but you don't go there for fancy. You go there for the food.

We have stopped here a few times driving between Portland and Seattle. You are almost half way between the two large cities. They are a true Mexican restaurant with fresh made tortillas, and some of the best Mexican food Iâve had. The service is great, but they donât have a lot of options if youâre a vegetarian.

Started our roadtrip in California. Wanted food that was not diner geared. Lucked on finding this place on Yelp. Service was excellent, food was authentic and tasty. Prices are reasonable. I had the Chiliquiles with steak. Steak was tough but the dish was tasty. Husband got the children's taco, rice, and bean which he could not finish. Hearty portions. Don't miss this place!
