Friday after a 10 hour drive we where happy to have dinner at Annaâs Stuben. We were warmly welcomed by the staff. The dinner itself we experienced it as one of our best. The chef surprised us many different times with flavours. Highly recommended to visit. Weâll be certainly returning next year on our next skiholiday.

Very popular and busy restaurant. Service was fast and efficient and meals were tasty and generous portions. Reasonable menu with plenty of choice for both food and beverages.

A modern Restaurant next to a Little lake inside a beautiful parc. The place to be in Brixen.
Once again Brix 0.1 lived up to my expectations. I had waited 2 years to come back to this magical place and again I was entranced by the location, atmosphere, attention to detail, the carefully executed epicurean experience and the attention of the amazing wait staff. Somehow I danced the whole night away on New Year's Eve and welcomed in the new year/day. We experienced both day and night meals in our 3 week visit to this beautiful town. Once again a pleasure.Dear Guest, hello Beryl, thak you so much for your Kind words. We are Looking Forward to see you.Kind regardsBrix 0.1 Team

Villa Madonna was by far the best restaurant we had the pleasure to discover in Siusi and was the culinary highlight of our holiday (which also included Lake Como, so stiff competition..). It's quite remarkable, firstly for the genuine talent and creativity of the chef, and also for the beautiful setting overlooking the rolling hills and the extremely picturesque church of San Valentino. I might add that it's also remarkable for the modesty of the bill... There was a fixed-price menu "degustazione" which we didn't have (it included four courses), but you could also choose à la carte. We dined twice, and a three-course meal with starter, main course (primo or secondo) and dessert, plus a bottle of wine and mineral water, came to between 70 and 80 Euro for two. The dessert portions were so generous that one would easily do for two (though we devoured one each...)! Our dinners were voyages of discovery... so many subtle flavours. The menu changes all the time, so I'm not sure if there's any point giving particular tips... If the cappucino al forno is on the dessert menu, go for it, it's utterly original and exquisite! It's a kind of baked cappucino cake, warm and melting... hmmmm! It comes fresh from the oven and takes about half-an-hour to prepare apparently, so remember to order it at the beginning of your meal. We also sampled a melon mousse with chocolate something-or-other (my descriptions are hopelessly insufficient, I can't describe food with any detail, but please just believe me when I say it was a treat beyond comparison). I wish I could do justice to each dish, but everything is refined, imaginative and so artfully presented that it seems a shame to disrupt the picture and tuck in! How they can produce such quality at such reasonable prices is a mystery to me, but clearly cuisine here is a labour of love. (It stood out all the more in the Tyrol region, where in our experience, cuisine is often somewhat stodgy, or at best unimaginative). The Villa Madonna is mainly a hotel, and there's no sign outside to tell you about the restaurant. However, non-residents are perfectly welcome, but you have to book (we dropped in during a walk a day or two ahead). The hotel reception can seem a little bit formal, but do not be discouraged... You can ask to see the menu (though it changes all the time) and they're very open to accommodating any special dietary requirements. In particular, they offer gluten-free options, but we didn't try those. The restaurant itself is very friendly, welcoming and relaxed. Although it's a little outside Siusi, it's a very pleasant 15-minute walk from the village for those without a car (on foot, take via Henrik Ibsen just after the bus terminal, then first left onto via Fasslfun and keep right at the bend... the lane becomes a grassy path with stunning views, and the hotel is just at the end of the path. What better appetiser, but with comfortable shoes! Take a torchlight for the return home - beautiful on a starry night... or otherwise you can just follow the footpath along the main road, which is well-lit). Again, being a hotel, service does not go on late, roughly between 7.30 and 9 / 9.30 (we got there a bit before 8 p.m. and had plenty of time to enjoy a relaxing meal).Five stars for the food, the creativity, the beauty of the surroundings, the incredible value and the very nice people.Dear Inishbofin2016,thank you very much for your fantastic feedback and this amazing report about our restaurant! Chiusa is a jewel of a place. Within this lovely town is another jewel however, the Grauer Bar (or Orso Grigio). The restaurant is large, split into several sections of which the terrace was our favourite. It is spotlessly clean and the people serving us were lovely guys and more than happy to help with anything we needed. But the most important thing in any restaurant is the food and my goodness, this was good. This was real food cooked with real passion and the taste was excellent (and it wasn't just my wife and I who thought so because all around people were polishing off their dishes with relish and it was quite clear to see everybody enjoying the experience). Top quality, great family run restaurant with friendly staff/owners. Thoroughly recommended.

In a lovely little and tranquil village in the mountains of the Dolomites, near the exit of the Brennero autostrada,we found this wonderful restaurant. The quality of the food is fabulous, the dishes original but not far fetched, the service of Conny friendly and professional in a pretty decorated alpine ambiance. Worth a star. We will be back.

Pleasant interior and décor, but we were not wowed by the most important parts, the food or service. The menu has a small choice of meat dishes and the majority of dishes are either pasta or pizza. I ordered the pork chops from the menu but I got pork ribs. When I complained that it was not what I ordered the waitress did not even say sorry for the mistake. My comment was completely ignored. There was just a very thin layer of meat on these ribs and the meat was dry.In conclusion the place was expensive and not tasty at all.
