The Verat Bar is a place for all publics and pockets, great place to share tapas and drink a good wine. It is a bar that promotes the product of quality and proximity. There is a young and efficient team of waiters that are always concerned about our satisfaction and to recommend and explain everything. There are several menus from 17.50 to 30 euros. Main dishes are spectacular for the quality of products and desserts are not typical and amazing.Really good place to taste and enjoy the meal.

The first impression was that this restaurant must be kind of expensive, taken the business people on the other tables. They have no menus, and the staff speaks very very little english. They speak Catalan, which we didn't understand, and also couldn't speak. So we relied mostly on what the staff recommended- as we couldn't understand 80% of what they said. Everything was absolutely delicious, the meat, the fish, the sangria, the tapas! I recommend it! But you need to speak spanish or catalan well to understand the staff, and you need to prepare seeing people dressed in suits there.

A VERY FRIENDLY HOST - obviously professional, with a very nice welcome. For some reason I felt like I was in a 70's movie - the atmosphere, furniture, the host, decorations. They have an option - 20 Euros per person, which includes two dishes and a desert + water or juice + they first serve you a traditional Catalonian starter -bread with tomatoes and garlic and slices of Salami sausage. THE HOST IS VERY NICE â he spoke a very little English â so when my wife asked to wrap the second dish to take it home, he thought she found something in that dish, and immediately changed it with a new one. A must visit place if you are in Santa Coloma, or even if you are a bit far away.

We really enjoyed the food, full of flavor and really tasty. There is nothing to point out about this great restaurant. It's a big place and itâs highly recommended to book a table in advance. The service is fast and the staff is very nice and helpful. We will return soon.

Tendencia a reinventar el clásico bar de tapas, haciendo una cocina inspirada en la cocina tradicional, internacional, creativa y evocadora, sin pretensiones.
Absolutely delicious and quite cheap given the quality of the dishes (20 euros per personne including starter, main course and dessert all very tasty). The chef is very friendly, the atmosphere welcoming. we had lunch there and are planning to try the evening menu. If you plan to go, book a table as this place is a deserved success.

We've been to this bar with the family. The place is located in a pedestrian square. There is a outside terrace and there paid parking next to it. We've ordered some 'Bravas', swordfish with coriander, fried dogfish, fried cuttlefish and fried calamari. All was very good but in particular the swordfish, amazing!!! The service was fast and the staff is very nice. The place was full of locals, a place to go and enjoy good fish.

Really, very, very good. They have a Michelin star, and you can see why. The typical parade of delicate, exquisite dishes.Service was excellent and the restaurant very attractive inside. But somehow they seem un pretentious, with friendly staff from the boss down, and the chef dropped by each table at the end of the meal.We came away satisfied and not hungry (which is not always the case in these restaurants)The list of dishes was too long to remember an recite, but the fish was delicious, as was the tomato dish, however my favourite was probably the white aubergine. All delicious, and thoroughly recommended!
