We visited La Gaudriole based on a recommendation. There were 6 adults and 3 children in our group. The restaurant was very busy for dinner, but we had reserved in advance (which I recommend you do).The service was good, if a little stretched, due to the restaurant being full. The starters were good, if not fantastic. The main courses were great. I had the speciality merda de can (homemade pasta in pesto), with a wild boar stew. It was really delicious and a substantial portion too.The house wine, served in pitchers was pretty decent.Everyone else in our group seemed happy with their food, so overall a good result.

We had dinner our first two nights enjoying the ambience on the square. Last night we passed by La Farigoule by chance, we peeked inside and were immediately attracted. The little outdoor courtyard is perfect for a fine French meal. Everything about this cozy restaurant is appealing. We tried both fish courses offered and they were delicious. A bit expensive, but worth it.

I try to change the opening hours of the restaurant but I can not get the evening hours. you do not accept the following times: 19:00 - 21:30 for the following days Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. How should I do it?
In one of the many squares in Vence old town youâll find this lovely restaurant, with space indoors and out and a charming patron, Michel. The menu (in French and English) is ever changing, some written down and other dishes on a board. We had the plat midi, which included starters of a crunchy salad and a huge plate of large prawns, then sea bream and a really tasty boar and venison stew with polenta. A pichet of local wine was great value.Michel originally showed us to the table that would be in the sun the longest and when the sun did disappear from the terrace he even moved our table right next to the entrance to catch the last of the rays over coffee.A bit surprised that the toilet was actually directly off the kitchen but didnât detract from a perfect meal.

We treated ourselves to lunch at this lovely restaurant in the beautiful, sleepy (for winter) town of Vence. We both had the Menu Découverte, which at â¬39 each was phenomenal value. We ate mise en bouche, 6 Normandy oysters, sea scallops and artichoke emulsion, chicken supreme with celery risotto and wild sea bass. For dessert we enjoyed tarte tatin and cheese (at no extra cost â other places please note!) Between us we had 3 wines by the glass and for each of them the maître d' brought out the bottle to show us, a nice touch. He also spoke to us only in French, though he knew were speaking English together. We do speak fluent French but so many places feel they should address us in our language so this was a refreshing change. Right at the end, as we were leaving, he proved that his English was fluent so we were doubly grateful!Just before we left the chef himself came out to greet all the diners. We will be back.

Le Garnier, situé au mythique croisement du passage à niveau, vous accueille 7jrs/7 et toute l'année! Endroit incontournable de Nice Nord , nos équipes vous attendent et sauront vous recevoir de la meilleure des façons.
I recently visited this restaurant whilst away in Nice. It was a highly satisfying visit; portion sizes were excellent, with the mussels a particular hit. Service was a little slow and the restaurant is next to a main road but itâs perfect for a late evening meal. Would recommend.
