Reviews on Mediterranean food in Puerto de Mogan, Mogan, Canary Islands. Puerto de Mogan is a picturesque resort and fishing village on the southwest coast of the island of Gran Canaria. The canals and bridges of its seawater inlet have earned it the nickname "Little Venice." Along the marina, you'll find an assortment of restaurants and bars, while the old town area is full of quaint, Mediterranean homes and cottages climbing up the hillside. Puerto de Mogan is a major stop for ocean yachts traveling from the Atlantic to the Caribbean. In case, like, you have a yacht and want to take it to the Caribbean.

As you will see from my other reviews of this great little Italian the food is great with attentive service. The restaurant isnât much to look at from the outside but ask yourself this.. do you eat the furnishings? Well no you donât. You eat the food.. Every time we eat here the other diners are either repeat visitors or book for a second visit which speaks volumes. Eaten here before and yes I will be eating here again..

Opened in 1985 as a family business in which quality and customer service was the benchmark. For 30 years our gastronomic offer was based on an extensive variety of ice creams and cocktails in which we were pioneers. With the incorporation of our sons Fer
Whilst staying in the area we wanted Tapas! Trip advisor has this as the top tapas restaurant in the area so amongst many we sought it out! Set by the harbour side it is a super spot to watch the day go by whilst eating a magnificent selection of tapas - the sign at the door says you will want to come back and we did - 4 tapas first time another 4 the second - all splendid. The sangria, wine and cocktails were wonderful too and next time we are heading for an evening meal. Must also mention the cheery staff - this place is worth a visit Thanks, thanks and thanks again.

Had lunch here after a morning on the beach, they have fantastic iberico hams of various quality and price point, we tried both the most expensive (and it is indeed fantastic and worth the price and a try) and more modest Serrano which is equally well worth the price. We had two plate which was enough for all of us with bread.Must try if you are nearby!

If not, we have not found a better yet. Pricey? Yes, but the food and service is well above most others. We had bruschetta and roast beef for starters. Delicious, the youngest one loved the roast beef. Likewise the black Angus steak was cooked to perfection and very tender. The Ragu was also very good. All matched by a good red wine.

This restaurant, is on the verge of a Michelin Star. It offers 3 set menus, which show case a range of dishes and flavours. Beautifully presented and the service is faultless. This is high end dining and with wine you will pay 200 Euros or more. They offer 50 Centilitre bottles of wine which are a good deal. Well worth visiting.

Dear guests, Yes, we are different, we do not serve Pizza, Chips, Sandwiches, Chicken Nuggets, Lasagne or Calamari. We serve authentic- mediterranean kitchen with north European ingredients.
A firm favourite whenever I visit the island. This occassion proved to be the best meal of this holiday. Outstanding service as always and the food was fresh, beautifully presented and delicious. I cannot recommend this lovely harbour side restaurant enough. Well worth the drive or bus trip and Puerto de Mogan is also a beautiful place to visit for the day. I cannot wait to return.

Only two tables to be served at this early lunchhour, even so the wait for four light lunchdishes (including three different salads) was 45 mins! The food was OK, and host and his wife (J&J) was cheerful and nice. But the wait was just to long to get a decent score.

We were immediately attracted to the appearance, atmosphere and menu of this restaurant. They far exceeded our expectations. Fabulous food, outstanding customer service and a great atmosphere. We loved the meat platter, fish platter and crispy duck - all highly recommended. We will have to return as were spoilt for choice in terms of menu options. Dont miss this gem of a restaurant.
