The Skaloma restaurant overlooks the picturesque small fishing harbour of Lygia. There was a very pretty sunset as we sat down at our table for four. We have eaten here before and were very impressed. This time we were equally impressed with the friendly and impeccable service and the delicious food. For an entree we shared a plate of fried aubergines and a tomato salad with fresh bread and olive oil /vinegar. Delicious! For mains we had Mussels with Rice, fried Gavros, a Crab Salad and a grilled fresh bream. All very tasty and the serving sizes were extremely generous and the prices very reasonable. We really enjoyed the local white and red wine accompanying our meal. All in all we had a great evening and definitely will be returning when next in Lygia, Preveza. Many thanks to the hard working staff!

It is one of the many fish taverns in the pedestrian in the center of Preveza. Our negative comments are : they do not offer desert or welcome drink as in other taverns and the staff are unsmiling and without any mood to explain us about the menu.

This restaurant is actually like the Greek cuisine, unsophisticated but good, generous (portions, watermelon & digestive offered) and good value (ca. EUR 170 all-in for 13 people incl. wine, beers & water). If you look for a charming waiter serving exclusive food is a calm atmosphere, look elsewhere. We tied up twice at Preveza on our sail to/from Corfou and went twice eat here, what else can I say ?

Our tavern is very friendly for your family and your friends. We cook greek traditional plates with fish or meat.all handmades. Its our pleasure to serve you.
Food that you can eat in this Tavern is classic fast prepared food, får away from exceptional, simply salad too expensive seemed you've eat prelibate fish.. if you want more elaborate food they will tell you that is too hot to prepare it!!! Only three kinds of fish plates, though you re few steps from sea!!They will offer you to eat Cefalo-not prelibate fish, for 25 euros!! It's much easy to them to grill the humburger! these plates I'm preparing by myself at home, as I've expected to eat real Traditional Greek food! Service - bad, as we were waiting 20 minutes for the waitress to clean our table after eating!!The first and the last time in this Tavern!

Our buisness is located outside Aktion Airport (Pvk) it is a Family run taverna since 2014. Our bigest Goal is to give to all our customers a last sweet taste of Greece before they fly Home.
We read the reviews and were then a bit put off by the menu which seems to be very limited however we went for the chicken souvlaki which was completely delicious. BBQ skewered chicken served with tomatoes, red onion and tzatziki. There were also chips. All washed down with a large mythos. So much better than your usual airport crappy food and worth the 2 min walk from the terminal.

Traditional taverna for fresh local fish and seafood and grilled local fresh meat. You can find us in the historical center of Préveza between of beautiful old buildings full of color and memories
The rocket salad was nicely made, good dressing. The marinated ansjofish were too sour and far overcooked; thus very dry. The pork steak also dry. However what really closed the door for us to ever return have been the mussels. There were previously cooked ( apparently to be covered later in the heavy saganaki sauce) and just reheated: as a result extremely dry, tasteless and dangerous! The guest that ordered the mussels became sick and spent the night at the little ladies room....Advice to all travellers:,avoid this place, Sorry chef, hopefully this helps in improving your product

.A family business that has "embraced" the clientele, basing its success to the quality of the food, fast service, cleanliness and friendly behavior.
We sat in this familly restaurant to have a small snack before the dinner. We were welcomed by their homemade appetizers anchovies and bread.we took tzatziki and fried zucchini and aubergines and also potato croquestes and zucchini croquetes and horta. It was really good.at the end we got ouzo.
