A lovely restaurant very close to the Fiera in Rho/Milano. Very accurate service, excellent food and a welcoming atmosphere. Several languages spoken and special care for celiac disease and other allergy problems. Extensive Wine-List.
It's been 3 weeks since I visited this restaurant and I'm still salivating over the food there. The selection of antipasti was a great start to the meal, but what arrived afterwards was absolutely scrumptious. I had prawns with pasta. While the prawns were delicious, this is a dish that would have been gorgeous even without the prawns - beautiful seafood flavour. I don't often have a dessert but on this occasion I had a panna cotta with chocolate sauce. The panna cotta was just set and the chocolate in the sauce was of great quality. An espresso finished the meal and we had prosecco throughout. This restaurant is located in an old monastery which really adds to the atmosphere. Staff are lovely - not imposing, but always on hand and very happy to help with menu choices. Why, thank you so much for all the kind things you wrote! We are very glad you appreciated your meal, from the pasta all the way to the pannacotta.Again, Thank You, and we hope to see you soon.

Though it's definitely not centrally located, Zoi is a serious attempt at a modern, light and veggie cuisineItaly could have been a veggie haven with its obsession for Pasta, Olive Oil and Pomodoro, but it has a very conservative culinary attitude and quite reluctant to try on new ideasZoi makes an effort to overcome that and actually comes quite close to succeedingboth the tapas dishes and the mains were well prepared and thought throughThe desert was quite banal but the overall experience was quite positive

Dolci fatti in
This small hidden and new restaurant (opened in Oct. 2017) is hard to find (thanks to our colleague :-), but worth while searching for.The kitchen offeres mainly (only?) dishes from the Abbruzzo region in central Italy - and my advice: Try all of them ;-) Very good home made pasta as a starter and I had crispy pork with honey, delicous vegetables and for dessert a lovely chocolate cake (with a melting heart of chocolate). Marvelous...

Chiusura per le vacanze estive dal 1º Agosto al 25 Agosto 2019 the restaurant closes for the summer holidays from August 1 to August 25th included.
Looked on TripAdvisor for good restaurants near our hotel and this one popped up. Phoned and booked a table. Restaurant was really busy but service wasnât slow.I had Parma ham and buffalo mozzarella for starter and it was huge. Went for steak main because they had run out of ribs but they bought a plate of what was left and they were yummy. Didnât have enough space to fit it all in. Couldnât fit in a dessert either. Nice touch at the end was sweeties on the table!!Overall excellent meal in a lovely setting. Would absolutely 100% recommend a meal here.

I was in Milano for an exhibition and on monday evening there were almost no open restaurants, as oftens happens in Italy. There was an Italian restaurant in the same road, but he was fully booked and could not welcome us.So I have headed my colleagues to this place, claiming that the moroccan food is good. The owner, working as waiter, is a Moroccan young man very kind and very hospitable, fine and conversational: not only he was good to suggest us what to try in their menu, but he was keen to answer our questions about his experience in Milano and about the culture of Morocco; a really nice and good person.I am quite pleased of his service and delighted of the food; with my surprise, we could drink there even a good bottle of Chianti wine.We went for starters and I had a main dish with meaballs and potatoes, while my colleagues had chicken; all the food was served in their traditional pots.I recommend to everybody if you are in the area of Milano Villapizzone.Grazie mille, we'd like to be back to you!

Staying at the DoubleTree around the corner we did not want to drive for dinner so we checked the closest restaurant and walked there. Arrived just when they opened and when they asked if we made a reservation (on a Wed night) we knew there must be something special with this place as it has actually quite some number of tables available. Luckily they offered us a table if we were able to finish by 21:00 (the credit card receipt showed 20:59 later! ). The menu was rather unspectacular and simple. I ordered grilled fish with vegetables and see on the pictures what that meant! A full dinner with wine, espresso dessert etc. for just 50⬠was a bargain too. But the food was nothing short of spectacular. If in Milan, one has to go there.

Excellent service, wonderful fresh fare, and a lovely selection! Even though we arrived way before Italian dinner time, we were welcomed into the large empty restaurant. We wished we had come a little later as it started to fill and had a lovely atmosphere by the time we left!We had pizza, risotto and a salad. I looked at the delicious desserts on display but had no room left to sample them! The portions were generous and were excellent value for money. It is probably not in a normal touristy area, however it is currently close to the Milan Expo and surrounding hotels. It is definitely worth eating here!
