I had been there before for the pizza, this time, on our way to the Certosa di Padula, we stopped at Ristorante Ginetti again. Actually we wanted to go there for pizza, but when I saw what they were eating at the table next to us, we opted for an early Dinner. The place is close to the Autostrada exit, just before entering the city of Eboli. A little not easy to find up the hill, but, once there, the food makes you forget it. The place has also an outdoor and a large pool they were readying for the June opening, so we ate inside.We had delicious Mozzarella di Bufala and ricottine for antipasto, shared a parmigiana di melanzane, a plate of penne with mushrooms, a side dish of zucchini flowers dumplings, fried and slightly stuffed. Everything delicious over a bottle of red. The dessert was an extra delicacy: little babà au rum so good that made us visit the Pastry Shop where they came from. We inquired and it was from the brother of the owner who runs a Pastry Shop in the city center so we decided to stop there and order some cakes to pick up coming back from our excursion to Padula. If you have the means and youâre visiting Paestum then this is definitely a place to seek out. Had great pizza here (and Iâm not normally a fan) and the staff/owner were very welcoming. Visited off season and it was quiet but it is on a busy road. Would definitely visit again.

We stayed and ate here for 1 night on our way South from Naples.The food was terrific from start to finish with wonderfully fresh ingredients combined to make beautiful dishes and there were several different dishes.A lovely evening of delightful food was washed down nicely with lovely local wine and all this is the very picturesque garden and terrace setting of the property.Service was also very pleasant with the owner spending time with us to explain the food and some history and culture which was very much appreciated.We had an absolutely delicious and plentiful meal and a great experience.

Initially I was very surprised that a kebab house would be rated the best place to eat in Eboli, but after eating there I whole heartedly agree. The food is amazing and incredible value, as well as made fresh to order. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. Eat here!

We had diner with two, was a lovely setting. It had a lot of caracter (big difference with the other hotels around Paestum with no soul). The welcoming was realy warm and friendly. Diner was fantastic. We got several appetizers for free that tasted great with a glass of Prosecco. Our anti pasta was the famous Mozarella and was realy good. The duck and the yellowfish as main course : delicious. To finish we had a great desert and a superb Limoncelle (one of the best I ever drank). All within a realy reasonable price (75 euro for diner with 2). Five stars for sure, thank you for the great evening!
We needed some lunch and this was just what we wanted. The sandwich choices were interesting and freshly assembled and grilled to order. Served toasty warm. Note that there are no guest restrooms, but you can go to the museum nearby.

Decidiamo di fermarci lì a pranzo e scegliamo il menù del giorno. Antipasto di mare: polpetta di mare, che invece era un croquet di patate tondo con dentro uno o 2 bianchetti, 2 alici di numero, ed un cucchiaino di bianchetti. Passiamo al primo piatto, cortecce rosa ai gamberetti: pasta al sugo di pomodorini scottissima e fredda con dentro un solo gamberetto e addirittura con tutta la buccia! Una presa in giro bella e buona... Solo se proprio non avete altre alternative!
