Overijse (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈoːvərɛi̯sə]) is a municipality in the province of Flemish Brabant, in Flanders, Belgium. The municipality comprises the town of Overijse, and the communities of Eizer, Maleizen, Jezus-Eik, Tombeek and Terlanen. On December 31, 2008, Overijse had a total population of 24,410. The total area is 44.43 km² which gives a population density of 549 inhabitants per km². Overijse is surrounded by an extensive woodlands (Zoniënwoud/Forêt de Soignes), with walk- and bicycle paths. The community is regarded as a very attractive area in which to live.

Nice italian place, had a seat outside, weather perfect so started of with a aperol spritz (7,5 euro) and then took the lunch daily menu.Starts with a stick of grilled vegetables in a tomate sauce with some cheese on top, nicely presented, tasty and goes well with the pizza bread. Main was a scaloppina with two pcs of meat with some grilled cut vegetables inbetween in a mushroom sauce with pasta / cheese on the side. Very good. Service got slow when the resturant was full but if in this area a good place to visit

Interior pleasant enough. Staff friendly if a little too anxious to push a special they were offering. In addition their ability to communicate in English or Flemish was minimal. We started with truffle flavoured ravioli, which seemed to have been cooked in a microwave (??). Then Swordfish and tomato salad which was acceptable. For dessert my wife had what was supposed to be a lemon tart, but neither of us could taste any lemon. Our Bill plus wine was 126⬠which felt excessive for the meal. On the basis of this meal would not return or recommend.

We've been here a few times before and we came back again in January for a weekday dine out. We've had good memories about this restaurant from past visit and we were happy to receive the same good service and excellent Italian food and good wines too. Two of the bottles we ordered from the list were no longer available so they proposed us a good bottle at the price (which was lower) of the one that run out. The Italian waiter gives it a nice added twist.

In Belgium it is very difficult to find a good, simple and authentic prepared pizza for ânormalâ prices. In Tervuren however, you find everything of that! The pizzaâs arenât the typical kebab-overloaded or BBQ pizza for 16â¬, instead, a great thin base, a few toppings at a price around 7-11â¬. All pizzas are prepared in a real fire oven. You donât need and want anything else. On the restaurant side, nothing fancy at all, wouldnât recommend it for your first date. We sat there but it isnât really a restaurant, there is no table service. Itâs a few tables and chairs and a self-service fridge. Take-out or delivery are mostly done at this place. The owner is doing everything himself. All in all, not a fancy place, but an excellent pizza at a great and honest price!

We went there on December 31st. New year's dinner. Fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. Food was amazing (fish, meat, fois de Gras, dessert); service was excellent, funny and very friendly (special shout out to the owner. very nice guy); pricing was - for the quality of the food and the service - crazily low. And we got a nice present ant the end (wine). What a nice evening. If we come. Back to Brussels... We come back. 10/10!

We stopped here for lunch having know the place for years when we lived here. It always has good food then and a nostalgic visit was in order. We were not disappointed, the pasta dish was good and tasty, the pizza my wife had was superb. The base nice and thin , cooked in site of the restaurant with a really good flavour on the topping that was fresh and light. The waiters were friendly and polite too. The toilets clean. Whatâs not to like?- nothing. Love this place.

We booked using restolastminute APP and got 25% discount, and we weren't expecting excellence. The waiter was excellent and gave advice on the ordering (and not advice to order the most expensive thing like usual). The food was delicious... Excellent flavours and very fresh ingredients. All round very very happy and would go again and recommend.

Living already on long time in Belgium and often passing by the restaurant we finally made a stop. We order a Greek platter, great food and more then enough for 2. The owner is making you really feel you are in Greek restaurant. Great personal service, small greek hospitality extra. So overall great evening.

Mathias has been serving us for years at Pino. Great sense of humour with just the right amount or sarcasm, love going here for the casual atmosphere, the sophisticated menu and just to have a laugh! Food is great, if you don't like it, something is wrong, you probably are just a miserable person anyway who should not be earring out or writing reviews.

We travelled to this restaurant, as it was indicated here as being one of the few opened outside standard lunch hours. We arrived at 3pm and we were told that restaurant slightly moved and changed opening hours...so canât judge their food, as we left disappointed and hungry thanks to wrong info.
