I was a little disappointed after hearing about this place. The setting is lovely with the small lake and mountains. I found the food to be very average and the service rather spotty. It was nice to try but I wouldn't rush back.

The farm is surrounded by oak trees in the heart of the Sibillini Mountains. Our strength lies in the close connection to the territory: in fact the raw materials come from our crops and farms. The family-style cuisine enhances the traditional flavors: ha
This is a restaurant tucked away gown a track with the only sign being a rough handwritten sign off the main road.Great for children as there is a big play area within view of outside seating. There is no choice but there is no need! Huge plates of delicious ham, salami, sausage, followed by a very worth bean soup and then chops/steak and a pud - with wine for four adults and two children, just 120 euros!

This little gem is set in a beautiful medieval building and has amazing food and wine. The meat is made on special hot stones and it is delicious. The homemade pasts is cooked to perfection and the antipasti is delicious. The owner is friendly and very kind and makes the visit feels like you are dining at a friend's house. The place itself is warm and cozy and I highly recommend going there.During August it is recommended to make reservations.

Lovely location to stop for a glass of wine or fresh juice and a plate of cold cuts and cheese. Friendly family run business. So helpful and kind. Speaks of the town in general. Very warm and welcoming community.

Would throughly recommend. Tiziana's food is always delicious and innovative (using local ingredients), Gabriele is a charming, charismatic host and their daughters are very hard workers. They are an excellent team. Advisable to book - it can get very busy. Menus are discussed with Gabriele at the head of the table and he will advise you of is on offer that nightWe have visited a few times and the food has always been consistently excellentA special mention has to be made to the pannicota with forest berries which has to be tried This is a combination of italian charm, love of food and hospitality at its best .

Homemade pasta and dessert, large selection of raw milk cheeses, local traditional cold cuts, vegetarian and gluten free menu.
We have been here on two occasions and have not been disappointed. The food is excellent, cooked to order with the freshest of ingredients. The house wine, whether red or white, is very drinkable and extremely good value. The waiter/owner is very friendly and efficient. This restaurant is well worth the drive.

I love everything about this place. We have been making an annual, sometimes biennial pilgrimage here every year for the past fifteen years, and have never enjoyed a less than perfect meal in a welcoming atmosphere.. Antipasti, primi, secondi (try the spezzatino or lamb cutlets cooked on the fire) The restaurant is nearly always full with a combination of local regulars and visitors from beyond Marche. The secret of its appeal lies in the attention to detail. The menus are changed daily with fresh ingredients chosen by head chef Stefano and proprietor, Pepino The service is unobtrusive, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely efficient. Beppe is the best maitre d'hotel I've ever met, amusing, full of anecdotes, attentive, very helpful in his suggestions of what to order on a particular day or evening, and, importantly, more knowledgeable than most about Italian wine. Make the effort and go.

We arrived here on a quiet Tuesday afternoon and they were open but not serving food. They were very nice and offered to make us a sandwich which we accepted. We hope to visit again when they are serving a full menuSalve, innanzitutto vogliamo ringraziarvi per la vostra recensione... ci fà sempre molto piacere leggere le opinioni dei nostri clienti. Donato&Lorena

Having been to Il Tiglio six months ago, I felt it would be unfair not to share my experience of this place, a I would put this at the top of my culinary memories. It was a unique experience. It is in a class of its own. The food is more than food. It is poetry. It is like a master creating a unique piece of art. I just wish I could have other friends experiencing this unique place.
