Controversial, I know, but, over the last 40+ years of travelling to Greece and itâs islands, Iâve had hundreds of moussakas and this really is the best. Plus, a gorgeous restaurant perched high, overlooking the sea. Doesnât get much better than that.

If not the best mousaka I have had ever. Disney stop even to take a descent photo... so I show you how much I enjoy it . We have also tried the black pig souvlaki and it was amazing!!! So happy to tried this place. Milos has a lot of tourism so get ready to encounter long lines; itâs just logical for the good places.

We came here because of TripAdvisor reviews. We took octopus and fried squids and more starters. We appreciated a lot the very low prices, we were not impressed by the quality of the fish but overall it was a positive dinner I would recommend.

Right on the beach. Fresh local fish and seafood daily. Fresh vegetables from the garden. Extensive wine list. Excellent service & family run.
Well, we visited here three years ago and loved it... so this week, first night we made a reservation for the following day. With great anticipation, last night we ate here and were quite disappointed. My wife ordered the seafood saganaki - when it arrived it was tepid, had three shrimp and empty mussel shells.. barely enough to constitute an appetizer, let alone a main. The worst issue was the service. No attention following service of our mains. Glasses of wine left empty, no follow up for desert or coffee.. and no one to even make eye contact with to request it.People next to us returned their food and left. All in all, would not return... other better options 10 feet away.

This restaurant is simply delicious. My husband and I arrived early with only a couple tables taken, midway through our meal the line was down the alley. The servers were cheerful, attentive and great service. The location is beautiful, we say outside, but inside looked lovely as well. While the hungry crew waited in line they were brought complimentary white wine and the server came later you collect glades. The value was amazing, tied for first place for the best mall we've had in Milos and the value was unbelievable! We ordered greek salad, cheese pie, grilled artichokes with capers, and a slow cooked lamb shank in butter and cheese. Shared everything and were stuffed!! This comes highly recommended from two people who really love and appreciate a good meal. All the other tables orders looked amazing, we were sneaking peeks at other dishes as they were delivered. Please go to this restaurant, you'll be so glad you did!!

Restaurant that promotes the authentic Cycladic Cuisine in traditional and creative way...Offers a variety of local vegetables and meat of all kinds to combine with a nice selection of Greek wines.
We had a late morning cooking class with the the chef/owner Vasili. What an amazing experience. Together we made more than 10 traditional Cycladic dishes using fresh herbs and vegetables from the restaurants garden. While we didnât order a meal off the menu like most guests, our lunch was fabulous. We were impressed by Vasiliâs expertise, skills and dedication to fresh, traditional food.

Wonderful dinner, perhaps our best meal after three weeks in the Cyclades! The vegetarian moussaka makes me want to continue on the journey of being meat free, but I also had to try the pastisio (a favorite of mine but hard to find and sadly has ground meat) which was equally as delicious. Anyways, the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel immediately welcome. Make this a must eat place on your trip to Milos!

Beautiful venue and spectacular views. The waiters was extremely helpful and organized. The service was good. The food was great not big variety but good taste and good presentation. Bit far from everything and village and not sure if I will recommend if you donât stay at the resort.

Local Cuisine using products from Milos Island! The Meat comes from Our Flock|Herd, that lives in Halakas! Cheese made Traditionally to Our Cheese Making Area!
We had dinner one night during our stay. They were quite packed but seated our party of 4 within 10mins. They had run out of goat meat which was a bummer. That was the case at most restaurants in milos - slow season. I had the baby pig and it was really well done. They brought us a dessert aperitif on the house which was very yummy. I loved their whole story and hand written menus. Fast service and friendly staff. Will definitely go back. I took away one star for not having goat though.
