We love this Italian restaurant, simply incomparable. We make a point coming every year ( 4 adults, and 5 kids) during our annual holiday, and are consistently impressed with the great service and amazing food. It's friendly, delicious, the right price, and served by really great people, what more could you possible want? - ohh, yes - singing, on the last occasion we received a free tiramisu for singing, our whole table loved this...

Palatable food spoilt by atrocious customer service. On arrival, a middle aged sycophantic waitress paid uncomfortably close attention to one lady in our group, totally ignoring the others at our table. First she tried to convince us that we donât actually want to order the dish that we were trying to order. Thereafter, despite us remarking that she is not writing down our order and her assuring us that she can remember all the details, she returned to our table to âdouble checkâ it with us. Unsurprisingly, she messed up our order. When we asked about the bread we requested as a starter, we were offered an explanation that itâs made in house so it takes some time. Until today I wait, salivating in anticipation of this delicious culinary delight. Perhaps the dough is still rising...When we queried what âTurkish Teaâ was, another waitress eloquently explained that it is tea, which is Turkish.The mains were presented to us at different times and missed the mark with regard to the quality and quantity, which Turkish cuisine is traditionally famous for. Overall a disappointing experience marred by poorly trained and inappropriately behaving staff.

We stopped in for the 2 for 1 pizzas between 4-6pm daily, the pizzas were delish, the happy hour merlot so tasty, the service prompt plus we had lovely acoustic entertainment. Right in the heart of Broadbeach on a Saturday night. Highly recommend!

Gemellini came highly recommended, but unfortunately disappointed as a result of middling cuisine represented by both the perfectly prepared and then conversely either cold or overcooked cuisine. The potential was and is great, but on this occasion half of our order was simply sub-standard....P.S. The desserts were outstanding!

A true dining experience that starts with a warm welcome by brothers Patrick and Pascal followed by beautifully flavoured cooked and presented food. The atmosphere is intimate and contemporary and the theatre of watching meals prepared by the chef (whoâs a delight) adds to a special experience. I highly recommend the Lebanese Lady cocktail (delicious) and the amazing Turkish coffee to finish. So impressed. Rabbath is now a firm favourite. food was average , but the staff were very rude, forgot one persons order completely , floor manager was told and he palmed it back to the waitress , he is the floor manager and taken control of the situation, and to make it worse in the waitresses words they always forget orders for my tables so wouldn't you be more vigilant then i asked . every body else had finished before the forgotten meal arrived after 3 floor staff were asked. we were a table of 7 when the mains were delivered to table they were just placed on table and floor staff walked away not placed in-front of the people sitting , very noisy place to eat and try and chat, car exhaust fumes from the street and car park next door kept wofting into restaurant if you were up the front of restaurant. will i return NO

Thanks to everyone at Willow for a lovely evening. A birthday dinner for my man was made all the more special with the effort put in. I made no special requests, but did make the birthday mentioned when booking. Upon arrival a table was reserved with a happy birthday sign, and a handwritten card.... such a special touch. Dinner was amazing, and was perfectly timed between plates of tapas.... no rush, but served when we were ready. Everything was fantastic in flavour, prepared with care and served beautifully. Attentive staff ensured a smooth evening. No birthday dinner is complete without dessert, and when it arrived, the birthday continued. Thanks to everyone front of house and hard at work in the kitchen for a truly memorable night, it was so enjoyed and appreciated. Hello Guys,Thank you for taking your time to put a review for us. Post conference relaxation at Koi, surrounded by other solo ladies, each enjoying a meal and wine. Wait staff are attentive and friendly. Food menu is extensive with some gf options; wine list is adequate, features cocktails and bubbles. Presentation and execution of meals are average. Ambience is very inviting, gas log fire at lunchtime during the rain was welcoming. I expect this place is well attended at Happy Hour by polished adults. . Thank you for the review.

To be honest, the food was tasty enough what there was of it. Maybe we ordered incorrectly but I thought it was way overpriced and the cocktails were ridiculously pricey.
