My friend from Madrid took me and my family for a trip to this restaurant. What a fantastic place - the setting was very relaxed outside. The restaurant itself is very nicely set-up and very welcoming.Excuse me for not remembering every meal but we had a large selection of different foods, each one perfectly prepared and full of flavour. The service was top-notch and very friendly.I really could not find any fault in anything and we had a fantastic family meal.

This restaurant is in the outskirts of Madrid but there is good transport from the Center. What a gem! The decoration is lovely, the staff is professional, friendly and quick. The food is absolutely excellent, presentation, quality, taste and price. Of course, eating any sort of rice dish here is a must! Also fish cooked in salt is something I will recommend. I will definitely recommend to anyone this place. The toilets are downstairs and as I don't need it, I am not sure if there is access for wheelchairs toilets

We met here with a friend on a Wednesday evening and, not having reserved, almost could not get a table, as the place is eveidently really popular in the area! While our seating could have been a bit more comfortable, the food was very good indeed, including a few vegetarian options (not always evident in Spain) and there is a nice selection of beer and wines by the glass. The latter include some definitely non-routine options from smaller winerys. With the view over the park, we definitely understood the attraction on this warm summer evening. A slightly less stressed and better trained service (they were very friendly though) might have brougt this one level further up.

I decided to stop by for a snack and tried the croquettes. They were crispy on the outside with nicely flavored chicken inside.

This place is trying to achieve perfectionism both in food and service. Well decorated, with good taste, with parking facility. Service is exceptional, food fresh and well presented. If you think about romantic dinner or just meet your friends - this is a right place to visit.

About the restaurant Verde Oliva Gastroteca In the center of Majadahonda you are surprised by a gastronomic space with ambitions to be different in the area. It's the Verde Oliva Gastroteca restaurant. A place where you can savor the best seasonal product
This small quaint hidden restaurant in between two apartment/business complexes. They offered very unique dishes with a twist from the standard tapas. We ordered several dishes to share amongst four of us and each dish was a surprise filled with flavour. It was a great way to experience the many dishes offered on the menu. The wine was very good. I have had better Spanish red wine but it was our selection. The service was excellent. Very friendly and the waiter spoke some English. When the chef/owner found out we were from Canada they offered a free after dinner drink called Pacharan. I would go back for sure.

Despite the typically Spanish late opening times it was well worth the wait. The mains are great and the deserts are spectacular. Decent drinks menu. Hip decor and cool tunes playing in the background. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

I had an excellent dinner, a "menu degustación" with a pleasant and rich variety of dishes. The main dish (tuna fish belly) was very well prepared, and all in all I could not find anything to fault in the food. The service was pleasant, although perhaps a bit naive â but again nothing I could fault them for. My only perplexity with La Sidreria is the location â a sad little square with chockfull of car â that takes a bit away from the place's charm. But all things considered it's a place I will certainly go back to!
