This awesome tapas bar offers a super gin menu and their tequilaria is something to write home about. The staff are super fun and the kitchen wins 100m dash hands down. The food is great, although there are not a load of gluten free options on the recommendation list.I would recommend you book a table, but it was my birthday, so the staff magiced up, a table for 3 more. Loved the mixed crowd, loved the easy vibe, love the memories we made.Thank you for choosing us to celebrate your special occasion. We are glad that the food , vibe and service we on point for you - this makes us truly happy. We do hope to see you again soon for more interesting fun times and food.PS - our kitchen will be happy to know they could win a sporting event as they not as sporty as they are foodie (LOL)

Great family Turkish dinner at this Mall of Africa venue .We were a large group and multiple portions of all the vegetarian options were tried and enjoyed .Food was delicious and service was reasonable for a busy Saturday night .The Pideâs and various dips were delicious. The lentil soup is exceptional. The steak Tartar ( vegetarian) was unique !The desert options were good too .Hello, thank you very much for giving our restaurant a try as well as for taking the time to leave your awesome feedback. We're so pleased that you enjoyed yourself and look forward to having the opportunity to serve you, friends and family many times over in the future. Regards, The MadNomads.

A contemporary Fine dining Italian Emphasis restaurant serving the finest Organic Meat, fresh Fish and Shellfish and a dedicated Pasta kitchen. Featuring Private dining rooms, Outdoor terrace and our own Humidor and Wine Cellar.
We visited Forti on a Wednesday evening and was quite surprised at how busy it was! We enjoyed excellently prepared dishes and very professional service. All that keeps me from giving the restaurant a higher rating is the lack of ambiance. We sat at a table for two, which was too big and too close to the table right next to it, to have any type of serious conversation. It was also placed directly against a mirror with a light as bright as a hospital's directly shining on the table. It really spoiled the experience somewhat. (Maybe I am comparing the experience with Ritrovo, which was a firm favourite, and it is just not the same)Hi. Thank you for your lovely review. Unfortunately we as a green building use only LED lighting and they do not dim very well. The dim look also is very convenient at hiding dirt. We love our restaurant bright to show off our cleanliness and our beautiful art. I promise you you will get used to it. If it still bothers I will simply take out the light above your table. The Forti dimmer method. With love.

Casa Bella in Montecasino is an authentic Italian restaurant that serves Woodfired Pizza, Pasta, and Grills with the best, fresh homemade ingredients.
We went to a show on Saturday and wanted a meal in Monte Casino after checking out TripAdvisor who rated at 4.5 stars. Menu choice was disappointing, limited selection to choose from especially the pasta / pizza options. One of our group ordered Calamari but they could offer rice as a starch, only fries or mash potatoes. I requested an alcohol free beer they had no stock. Ordered water instead and the waitron brought a 750ml bottle for a single person. Service was slow and we had to ask for the bill to get to our show in time. Would I recommend this to other diners, unlikely ! The only attraction for a quick fast food type meal is the location. If you enjoy good Italian food look elsewhere Dear Gautenger65,We are sorry to hear that your experience fell short of your expectations and our usual standards. We would love to have the opportunity to solve this with you directly. Please, could you send through a copy of this review and your contact details to our customer care department at [email protected] who will be in touch with you.We look forward to hearing from you.Sincerely,Casa Bella

We ate at this restaurant a couple of nights ago. Our waiter was knowledgeable and v friendly. We ordered a seafood platter and Greek salad, both were extremely tasty and can honestly say the best meal we have had in ages. Will definitely return here next time we are in South Africa.

This place promotes itself as a premium restaurant. Don't be fooled by the fake advertising. Its noisy and overpriced. We went for an evening with business partners. We could hardly talk to each other as the noise level in the restaurant as determined by a Cell noise level app was 86 decibels. That's like sitting by a very noisy road. The food was very average. My T-Bone stake was nothing more than a Rump with bone on two sides. Roast potatoes were soggy and the puree completely missing. All this for R350.00!! Rip off. When I complained to the floor manager he simply did not comprehend that a T-Bone stake should have meat on both sides of the T.The cutlery on the tables was basic canteen standard. I would have had a better experience at a franchise restaurant at a third of the price.

I wanted to go out for a good meal with the family. After looking into the various offerings at Centurion Mall, we decided on O' Galitos. This turned out to be a very good choice. The ribs are absolutely deliciou sand I will seriously recommend them to anyone that is so inclined. Presentation of the meals are beautiful and you know the meal is going to be good from the moment it arrives.

Always a treat. Arguably Joburg's finest Italian-inspired eatery, serving classic Italian dishes, some with a local flair, and a few other international fine-dining offerings. The risotto is an absolute triumph, as is the gnocchi. The Porcini chicken with pea risotto as a Secondi will rival the quality of any Tuscan Michelin-star offering, and the roasted butternut ravioli with Porcini-Truffle cream and candied walnuts is perfection personified. Desserts are inspirational. The pavlova is incredibly special, as is the Salted Caramel Brûlée with popcorn Gelato. Expect fine dining, beautiful decor, prices that are slightly higher than the norm (although very reasonable if one considers the serving sizes and the quality), impeccable service and a fantastic wine list and drinks menu, with reasonably priced cocktails. This is a top-class establishment serving only the finest of Italian pastas, meats, seafood, desserts and drinks. Not only one of Joburg's finest, but one of the finest Italian eateries South Africa has to offer. Café Del Sol Classico is an institution. You will leave with a smile on your face and an even bigger smile in your belly. Hello BradWow. Thank you for an incredibly written review. This is so refreshing to read and we truly appreciate your honest feedback. You have understood exactly what we are trying to do. Quality food with finesse. We hope to see you soon and again.. thank you. This makes everything we do, worth it.Regards,The Classico team
