Special village house with all the charm of Provence that we imagine. Attentive service and refined Mediterranean cuisine with fresh seasonal products. Establishment part of the network of Masters Restaurateurs of France
This restaurant deserves it Michelin award as it is everything you want and more. It values first class food without succumbing to modern fads. It is beautifully cooked and presented and effortless served in a truly elegant and relaxing space. There is also a small terrace. Located in beautiful Grimaud, I always go there whenever in this part of the world. It is specially and totally unpretentious. The menu offers an array of tempting dishes fairly priced whilst the lunch menu is a bargain and includes wine. You will not be disappointed.

Friendly restaurant , vintage , original vinyl decor, fresh seasonal cooking, music evenings "live" frequent, open year round for lunch and dinner. Schedules depending on the season and special events. Please call us to make a booking.
Copains has always been a lovely restaurant ....but now even better with Amandine et Franck.......two delightful - enthusiastic young people at the helm or should I say skillet !!Our lunch today was beautifully presented and delicious - Tulipe of Seafood- a masterful combination of local produce - as was the Magret de Canard served with the smallest and freshest selection of vegetables .............Deserts did not disappoint - especially the Crème Brulee perfection with redcurrants/raspberry/blackberry/strawberry decoration ............I cannot wait to return - and it will not be long ...............Bonne Chance!!!Thank you so much Julie for this wonderful comment. We are glad that you liked your visit here so much. We hope that you come back soon.Take care.Amandine and Franck

This characterful restaurant is cosy and fairly priced. Three courses off the relatively limited but interesting menu cost 32 Euro, though one can pick and choose. Service by the owner is jolly and zany. (He's a bit like Mark Rylance at his eccentric best.)

This little village seems to be overrun by the Brits and so was this restaurant. Service was friendly, but horribly inefficient particularly given the small amount of guests. The food was ok, but nothing to write home about. Other guests seemed to eat mountains of chips. I had the lamb with potato, which was not bad. It was nice to eat on the terrace, but the it is probably one of the less attractive looking one in the village where finding a good restaurant seems to be impossible

Our restaurant is located in the heart of the breathtaking Grimaud village, place des Pénitents. Our cuisine is tasteful, colorful and we focus on using bio local products. The restaurant is made of two main rooms, a direct view over the cuisine, as well
Travelling to the grimaud was our first experience in the south of France ! Beautiful landscapes and handsome restaurants like APOPINO ! Thank you for everything ! The attention and the diversity in the menu is highly recommandable ! But just to tell the ârisotto Citron and Poutargueâ was amazing and with such tiny prices. Again thank you so much and see you again ! Paul

Christophe is an amazing chef and wonderful host. We (4 Americans) dined here on a weeknight, walking in late without a reservation. Christophe was welcoming and entertaining, as we combined our minimal French language skills with his limited English. There were no menus, but we were offered the chefs selection of 3 options, a steak, a mixed seafood dish, or a vegetarian pasta. We tried both the black angus steak and seafood, and both were outstanding (donât miss the potatoes!). He also selected a nice aged Bordeaux to share with our meal. All 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed the food, conversation and atmosphere. Others have commented on high prices, but we did not find that to be the case, with pricing comparable to other restaurants in La Garde-Freinet. We would recommend La Faucado.

We visited la petite fontaine twice whilst we were staying in LGF. The restaurant was buzzing on the Saturday evening we ate there. Great menu choices and attentive staff. We went for the pasta dishes and mussels. Pasta was cooked to perfection and the ragu was rich and full of flavour. The mussel portion size was simply huge for â¬16 and great quality! (Would easily feed two people if eaten with a side dish) would recommend the oriental flavour as it was a very different take on any mussels that I have had before.Definately worth a visit, so much so we ate there twice in one week.

restaurant cuisine faite maison enfants bienvenus chaise bébé chiens acceptés. Le midi une formule a 18 euros avecun plat +un dessert ou un café gourmand . Menu enfant 11 euros et possibilité aux enfants de faire des dessins et coloriage
What a charming dining experience. The meal met the idealized expectations of a local French meal. It is small 16-20 seat restaurant. There is a deck but it was too cold to sit outside. It seems to be run by a husband/wife. The menu is not extensive but these appear to be local favorite dishes. The tomato tarte was flaky, light, and so flavorful that it goes into the pantheon of "remember that tomato tart?" repeated at future meals. My rib eye was tender and the pepper sauce was very good. My husband had the fresh salmon with a citrus sauce and he was very please with the dish. The desserts (creme brûlée and an apple tart) were the perfect balance of sweet and crunchy. Make a reservation because it fills up.

Have eaten here numerous times and is one of our regular restaurants. We have lived and worked here for 16 years and this was established in the last 3-4 years. Good food offered as a two course formula or a three course menu, both good value.
