We visited for lunch and were blown away with the quality of everything. The setting is perfect overlooking the sea and the decor is what you would hope to see in Santorini with everything blue and white. Before are lunch was served we were given incredibly fresh bread with an olive tapenade which was delicious. The food itself was the best we had on the island. Everything perfectly cooked and presented. to the side of the restaurant in their garden there are sunbeds which are free to use with the sea a few steps away when you need to cool down. Highly recommended.

Back to Tsilivi again, and just had to go back to this marvellous restaurant. Alex and his family greet you like old friends, nothing is too much trouble. The food is superb home cooked traditional fayre. Zakynthian local dishes all cooked with care and love. The local wine is some of the best I have tasted and the frigania is delicious! When you leave, Alex always says "thank you for joining us this evening." You feel like you have been invited into his home, and treated to the best Greek meal you are likely to have while on holiday.Dear guest Thank you for your time to review us and for the nice compliments. We are very glad that you enjoyed your meal at our restaurant. We will be happy to see you and serve you again. Regards Alex and Team

We visited numerous times, for our evening meal and during the day when visiting the beach. It has wonderful views, a very relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff.Greek night was very busy, you can book a table, but we managed to get a table in the balcony overlooking the dancing.Definitely worth a visit.

Halfway House established in 2012 and it is a family run restaurant â bar looking to create excellent food & happy memories for each & everyone of you. In the pursuit of honest, flavoursome food, we work with local businesses to source the highest quality
This place is a little bit more than a traditional Greek taverna and is extremely popular. Always full, even on the final week of the season, the food and service are lovely. Not the cheapest place but hardly a massive premium on other establishments and it is so worth it.

We have been to this restaurant a few times over the past couple of years, and must say we have had fantastic food every time, with a glorious view over the sea. Flora is a absolute star she always helps out with my husbands food allergy of gluten and makes sure he has no problems.Thank you Flora

As you are coming from the main road of tsilivi-alykes you have to turn left on the crossroad in the oposite site of super market Mary, then you just follow the road up the hill and after 500 metres you have reached your destination.
I loved it. Such a beautiful setting and staff were really helpful. A really good menu choice and very reasonable. We had a starter (pork ribbons for him and spicy garlic mushrooms for me) and then he had lamb kleftiko and I had moussaka and we shared some of their home made chips. It was delicious and there was so much of it we couldn't eat it all. Such a shame but will definitely be returning next year.We have been to Tragaki twice and last time we were stupid enough not to visit this restaurant. This time we visited the restaurant for the first time and regret we didn't go last year. And not only that we went on our last day this year so only had opportunity to go the once. If you visit I am sure you will enjoy it.Dear Sonja, thank you for taking the valuable time to write a review about restaurunt and we are pleased that you decided to come and visit. thank you for all your kind words and we hope to see you again in the nearest future. All the best from the restaurunt staff

We stumbled across this fish restaurant by accident whilst looking for another fish taverna, we were so happy we did! This is just the sort of dinning experience we like when abroad, no frills, no flashy menus, no inflated prices, no fancy attire, just fantastic local food at sensible prices. The restaurant doesnât look much from outside but Its location is a few feet from the shoreline, perfect. We arrived around 7pm and was able to select our table, by 8:15pm most tables were taken. The main lady waitress/owner asked us if we would like to see the fresh fish of the day, we were taken into the kitchen and shown a variety of fish and shellfish! She showed us the fish, weighed it and priced it for us, we chose a huge red mullet and 6 huge prawns. We were also welcomed by âMamaâ who was grilling the fish on hot coals! The menu had a selection of assorted Greek cuisine, we ordered salads, fries, green beans, mixed breads, fish, prawns and pork. Dishes randomly came to our table which kept with the restaurants no frills dinning attitude. There is no dessert offerings here, although there is an ice cream fridge at the side of the restaurant. The food was brilliant, good value and the setting was stunning, you would be foolish to not take advantage of the fresh fish here, this is what I would call a real traditional Greek taverna. My only gripe would be with the young grumpy waiter who couldnât even crack a smile when serving us.

The restaurant is located in a quiet part of Laganas. Local products great service at good prices .
We went there everyday during our holiday in Laganas, Zakynthos. The owner was very friendly and very helpful with all kinds of information regarding the food but also the surroundings, no matter how busy he was.I tried different kinds of seafood (octopus, grilled fish, calamari, tzatziki, etc.(, everything tastes great and was very fresh. I also appreciated the salads, everything was tasty and you could see that all the vegetables were fresh cut.I would recommend this place to anyone who appreciates good food and a hospitable owner. Next year I will visit laganas again and eat at the corner every day :)
